I live in Texas and work for a home improvement company. My hours were cut in half three weeks ago. They gave us an hourly pay increase of $2 per hour. That doesn't even make up one hour of pay at the old rate. Since January appointments have dropped. Fewer and fewer people want to hear about home improvement. I'm about to quit. I've been looking for another job for months and haven't been hired. Even truck driving companies are closing their doors. They usually always have jobs in that area.

So wrong on China. It is a closed currency. They don't need dollars to come back to China. They set the Yuan on the international market. If anything they want foreign investment in China but that isn't happening with their😮 Russian war policy. It is a communist country--they don't care about the people or much. They can't now get enough US dollars to settle trade. All they want to buy is gold. So they know the present US dollar is collasping and they want to have enough gold to back a new currency to trade commodities in which is so stupid because they BUY commodities and don't sell them. If they take over Russia and Ukraine their standing would change but they are going to make a run at collasping the US dollar as they have more gold--in theory than other countries. The idea you go from a closed currency to controlled all currencies is pretty bizarre.
Fed cuts proves they work for the rich and the democrats in power. We don’t need rate cut’s. We need higher rates. Real estate and stocks gold all time highs. Higher rates are good for the poor. Low rates are good for the rich.
Meanwhile California is the (?)th largest economy in world. Last I recall it was the 8th largest. Texas is overated with too many egos, like Elon and megamites.

Steve, Calm down! The US is going to be ok. In 2018-19 DT moved the FED to be under the US Treasury, this set in motion a series of events that cannot be stopped. By 2025, the Fed will be gone.
Yes--and when Janet came in 2020, she moved the printing back to the Fed and made a new currency. So Janet's devalue the US dollar as you promote war --dollar is finished.
The fake fed notes probably be replaced by gold backed treasurt notes. Every empire historically has reverted back to precious metals when their fiat collapsed to zero.
Of all the states to pick on.....Texas? I nearly fell over laughing. Texas has such a diversified economy nowadays and relatively low house prices, low taxes, low per-capita state debt and decent median incomes. I'm still chuckling 😂

Texas has been FLOODED with MILLIONS of illegal aliens from all over the world, and their resources are maxxed out. Plus, their manufacturing base is flat or declining. So....if domestic manufacturing (in Texas) is an indicator of positive or negative issues in the economy, and it is flat or tanking, then it is not hilarious, it is of concern.
