Hello sir i hope you are fine and everything is going well, I’m living Ayder and lf you will visit again Ayder and kackar mountains, you can contact to me, I can find hotels or room for you, have a nice day
Thanks for the vlog as gives me an idea of how easy the trail is. How far is the walk from car park to the start of the trail? Is there a refugio at the start of the trail?
Thanks for the detailed video. How was the road/driver on the way from Zugdidi to Mestia? Like are there cliffs and such? I am a bit worried about the marshrutka up in the mountains.
The road and driver from Zugdidi to Messiah were decent during our trip, but I think it really depends on weather and road conditions. It's a tricky yet well worn path, so it shouldn't give you too much trouble. If you're concerned about the bumpiness, you could consider hiring a shared taxi (passenger car) with other travelers that are headed the same direction. It would only cost a little bit more, and people are regularly headed in that direction! Have an amazing time!
Hello, Thank You for this amazing video. Any recommendation for a good rental a car company and was it tough to find parking spaces? We are visiting in a week.
Have a great time! Unfortunately, we can't recommend the car rental company that we went with. In Ayder, it was very very hard to find parking, but everywhere else was okay! Have an amazing time!
What month did you go? along the high mountains Will there be snow during the fall season, which may make driving difficult and the roads slippery? btw, the video clip is very beautiful. Thank you..
Hello ! nice photo.we want to go to Passo di Giau + a reflection pond, and can you tell us how walk from Berghotel Passo Giau to a reflection pond? because we can't find the trail in google map.Thank you.
Wow! The scenery and the video quality is amazing! THank you for the share. What were your travel dates? What will be the best time to see the Fall colors?
Thanks for watching! We visited in mid-October, but the day we left, it started raining (and was scheduled to rain for a week), so I'd say late September and early October is probably the latest you'd want to go. Summertime is the best for access to all sights. Lago di Sorapis was disappointingly dry when we visited in mid-October.
What fish is the fried fish? We are going to krabi for the third time in the beginning of April and after watching your video we will be going to the pier market Thank you❤

Since Trabzon tends to be cooler than the rest of Turkey, it may be cold and rainy during that time. Summertime tends to be the driest and has the most comfortable temperatures!
Turkey has amazing landscapes to explore. We love this country, especially Kackar Mountain Range. But we explored it in a small city car, even in high mountains and dirt roads ;) Best views ever ;)
Do you think we should buy those spikes for our shoes if we visit in November? Nice video! Update: I see you suggested this in the description box. Thx! Did you wear them?
We didn't get them until after this day, but we sure wish we had them for this day!!! Hope you have an amazing time there; it's absolutely stunning (and uncrowded) at that time of year!
Having visited Turkey, Israel, Morroco before visiting Georgia, the food all seemed and tasted similar. Starchy, meaty, too sweet, and not so much variety. I ended up enjoying authentic Thai food in Tiblisi.
We've just booked our tickets. So excited. Watching your video is making my heart beat faster. The underground tunnels are incredible. The hot air balloons are so beautiful. We hope to go up in May on my(Anges) Birthday . It looks amazing. So excited. Did you book the air balloon on line? Do you have any recommendations? Costs? Thanks in advance... Ange 😊👍. Look forward to seeing more of your videos 😊
Wonderful! You'll have an amazing time! We did shop around online before booking. We went on Voyager Balloons, but the service and prices for all the companies in the area are comparable. Whichever one you choose, I'd definitely recommend booking in advance, as we were turned away by several companies when we tried to book a few weeks before our intended flight date. You can prepare to spend upwards of $200 per person, depending on what class of service (how many people are with you in the balloon) and what length of flight you choose. A once in a lifetime treat for sure!!! Have an amazing time!
I think if you're doing a lot of trekking, a backpack is definitely nice, but it wouldn't be difficult to get around Mestia with suitcase either. Do note that outside of Mestia, the roads are not nearly as paved, so a backpack could be more convenient if you're planning to stay overnight in some villages! Hope you have a great time there!
Thanks for watching! We stayed at a nice guesthouse with a wonderful Svan lady Dodo Japaridze. We had a private bathroom, space heaters, and breakfast in the mornings. She also gave great recommendations 🙂
