Ive been playing this dude since his pre release, (got lucky with 1 single crystal from black iso) i immediately took him to r6 and sig 200 him... You need to convert the sp2 ruptures to physical vulnerabilities via the sp1.. mine will then hit 30k mediums at a r5 ascended..
oh ok I appreciate the tip, so build up to 7 min, then sp2 then sp1 right? Also do you know the timing on when to through the sp2 after you do the heavy counter? Sometimes the unblockable dosent activate they say when they are getting to their feet im little off with the timing.
@@thawurdsmith you have to throw it immediately after the reversal to get the unblockable near enough.. I build to sp2 just before sp3, I use the reversal, and almost dash in sp2 as quick as I can.. parry and combo in sp1, then you're away mate.. takes a bit of practice but it's a decent rotation Each ruptured gets converted into a very very potent physical vulnerability..
@@JohnnyEssex ahh ok man I appreciate it so after the reversal just immediately throw the sp2 I should be good right? Then rush in to sp1 to convert the ruptures got it on that part.
@@JohnnyEssex yes I actually one shot the sorrow event with him since undupped he still has access to his vigilance buff by parry and his damage is really good even doing the rotation wrong. Again I appreciate your help on his rotation stay blessed fam
tbf he didn’t even play him properly. Stopped ramping him up to throw his relic into the defenders block which does nothing but wastes time. He didn’t even ramp Patriot up to max ramp. Either way, Patriot has ZERO utility without his dupe so to R3 Patriot unduped is wild. He’s super fun to play though so that’s probably why he ranked him.
@@TairiqueTuray yeah im still learning him for sure, One guy on here did give me another tip already. To be honest hes nuts I took him to war ran through a rank 3 onslaught undupped and didnt do the rotation right either still. Also the sorrow event one shot photon quick, hes underrated I think.
@@thawurdsmith He’s definitely not ‘nuts’, but I have a 7* rank 2 Patriot and he’s super fun. I really wanted to R3 him but he has no utility unduped and there’s just so much he should have in his kit that he just doesn’t… Plus, he’s not even a Photon counter AT ALL unduped… so if you completed SOS Photon with him easily… then that wasn’t Patriot at all… that was just your skill mate haha. It’s ridiculous that the 1 champion he was made for… he needs dupe and max sig to counter properly… it’s ridiculous
@@TairiqueTuray he is when you parry he gets a vigilance buff so when photon goes invisible he cancels her miss? His dupp only increasees the potency of his percisson buffs and can block unblockable attacks? He has all his utility not sure what your looking at. Again if you don't like him that much that's cool, I'm not here to change your mind fam it's just my thoughts and opinions on him I have every champ in the game except the deathless champs and he's one of my go to champs now.
@@thawurdsmith Bro he’s my 3rd favourite champ. He throws hands, is a captain america variant with the coolest captain america’s animations in the game, and he’s super fun to plays… I never said he was bad. I know the vigilance passive whenever he parties allows him to hit Photon when she misses… but he doesn’t counter her at all outside of that, and her miss mechanic is the LAST thing to worry about with Photon. Unduped, has no resistance to her block damage, her unblockable attacks and can’t reduce her furies at all… so he literally doesn’t counter her at all unduped apart from the fact that he can parry her without missing… I love using Patriot and will use him whenever he can be used… but he’s not one the best options for anything apart from photon when he’s duped or max sig. I’m just describing the champ how he is. There’s no bias from me because I love the champion. Not trying to change your mind either, i’m just saying how he is. We both love the champion but he’s not particularly great at anything but Photon when he’s awakened or max sig.
@@Roddrick_World I'd say do it the only reason why I'd say get the plus is if you do gaming or more power hogging apps then you will need the stronger processor(most games are fine but you may get a few stutters here and there). The iPhones are great but overpriced imo so I'd say def the razr. Keep in mind you could even get a iPhone 13 pro for like 350 and have the same experience as the new 15 pro.
@@Roddrick_World yeah I'd get the razr as your main phone then get a 13 pro on like eBay refurbished go for around 350 not much difference between the 13pro and 15 pro and spend the same as you would if you just got the 15 pro
you should build your dexes first. if you get backed up in a corner convert them and get ur mediums and lights but dont get too much power cuz it can make u get sp3

@@thawurdsmith Yea he's still goated no worries, one of the best things about him is his play style being the exact opposite of rigid so mistakes are very welcome with him
@@Ultrqviolencee ahh makes sense that is very true and the crit resistance has helped a lot too which is very welcome. I see him more as a AW,AQ side story or long content mostly I’ve used him in bgs offense and did a few 60 second fights he actually won me a few on defense because I think he’s so tanky and at least for this meta when they hit into you they gain armor up and he has a lot of hits per attack.
I debated taking mine to R3 but the lack of end content made me reluctant so he's sitting at R2 sig 40.. btw, light ending combo to apply the concussion, then launch the sp2, can bypass the damage cap and hit around a 300k
Ahh I appreciate that info to get around the damage cap. Yeah it was between him and prof x I use both but figured he would need thr higher rank for regular damage sake. Took him on a few short ones and just 20 charges he's hitting like 8 to 10k.
me personally id say wiccan he beats all cosmic champs I have him now as a 7star rank 2 his nullify is crazy strong and easy to keep on and melts all cosmic champs.
i didnt do the sp3 because theres no need to perm pause the debuffs on him as you can see hes dead already. I only do sp3 in longer content to pause the DOT.
Is this guy worth an Awakening gem and 200 sig stones? Cuzz im deciding on maxing his sig or maxing Dooms(currently at sig 90 something), and Hurc( currently at sig 120).
i have him max sig now makes his cooldown for rage decrease by 7 seconds and regens 6944 which is alot when getting hit in rage. I say if you like him def do that otherwise doom or herc are also great to pump stones into but keep in mind they both dont really need it.
You want to use heavy attacks to charge his telepathic charges. Using a heavy will get you 10 but holding heavy will gain you more. Do this until you max out at 100 charges. Right before you get to a sp3 you want to charge heavy and then throw your special 2. You then will be able to spam specials for as long as the purple mind control icon is on the opponent. After each special ends you ideally want to throw a medium or light attack, and then you want to charge your heavy and then quickly cancel it by throwing the next special. This heavy cancel into special isn't always possible while you have your opponent mind controlled, so at least make sure you throw a light or medium attack after you finish a special to get an additional prowess. Tldr: watch a video lol
