You want to use heavy attacks to charge his telepathic charges. Using a heavy will get you 10 but holding heavy will gain you more. Do this until you max out at 100 charges. Right before you get to a sp3 you want to charge heavy and then throw your special 2. You then will be able to spam specials for as long as the purple mind control icon is on the opponent. After each special ends you ideally want to throw a medium or light attack, and then you want to charge your heavy and then quickly cancel it by throwing the next special. This heavy cancel into special isn't always possible while you have your opponent mind controlled, so at least make sure you throw a light or medium attack after you finish a special to get an additional prowess.
