Randy Johnson struck Wade Boggs out numerous times when it was nearly impossible to do including three times in one game after which he would take the day off whenever Randy was pitching as did many other left handed batters. Watch old Boston/Seattle games and you likely won't see Boggs in the lineup despite his meaningless .297 lifetime avg against lefties so basically I'm right.
@Jake Stockton But yet Boggs would take the day off whenever Randy was pitching. He wasn't the only great lefty who was afraid of Johnson. Rafael Palmiero and George Brett were just as afraid and sat out also. Truth hurts.
I'm very much considering will as a guide for when i go to beliz next year. was he a nice guy or not very patient since I'm new to saltwater fly fishing.
