Sir that is just one the access ways po. Madaming options from SLEX. Pwedeng magexit sa Mamplasan going to Batino, pwedeng Canlubang or Silangan Exit, or pwedr ding Batino. And may ginagawang Nuvali Flyover ngayon na directly connected to Nuvali po 😀

Sir we have options ng mga access po natin to Nuvali. Pwede ka mag Mamplasan, tapos CALAX. Labas nyo is yung entrance ni Nuvali. Pwede ka din po mag Santa Rosa Exit, sa may Coca-Cola. May way dun going to Nuvali entrance via Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Road. Another option is Silangan/Canlubang na bandang sa Nuvali Central na ang daan nyo. And in the future via Batino para naman sa Nuvali South. Inside Nuvali, we're now expanding yung mga estate roads since on going ang construction ng mga commercial establishments. And calculated na ni Ayala Land ang foot traffic in the future since lahat ng part ng Nuvali, may provision for road expansions 😀
CORRECTION: B34AL7 is not a perimeter lot. The lot is only facing the perimeter fence, which will give you a nice view of the second floor. It will also allow for more ventilation since there is a setback before the perimeter wall :)
I live in Valenza, I’ve been living here for over 6 years. What i’m saying is you guys talk about build and investments. but I don’t see anybody building more public schools. The schools here are overcrowded as is.

Though some dwellings that are not exactly condominiums, like town houses, for example, are sometimes listed as condominiums on paper and can be purchased by foreigners. I thought perhaps because homes in a subdivision are part of a project, there may be some kind of exceptions to the general rule. That is all.
@nildarippon6676 I've heard of townhouses having the title of condominium from their inception. They were built with the title of condominium, and foreigners have been able to purchase them. Perhaps not common, but I've heard of it with multi-story townhouses.

Hello Sir! In Nuvali, we have a drainage system throughout the estate and every subdivisions. There are also detention ponds that serve as a catch basin for rainwater, like the man-made koi pond in Nuvali North. It serves as a reservoir for rainwater, as well as for toilet flushing, fire fighting, plant watering, and other uses. Generally speaking, Nuvali is at a very high elevation. I myself am also a resident in Nuvali. Based on my experience living inside, there was no problem with flooding. It never became an issue.
