BGC in 2007 is something I remember It was just a big open space that no one saw coming to become the leading financial district of the country. So lucky for those who invested there. It is true that Nuvali will be the same as BGC and Makati, especially with Ayala Land as the developer.

That's true! Imagine, almost half of the estate is still filled with open spaces. We even have a bird sanctuary in Nuvali, which is a not-touched area for the animals who live there. Hi just a correction 😊. The area between the road and the property line is called a “Planting Strip” not a mini garden. It is common on mid to high end subdivisions/communities. And I don’t think that they use HDF door for the Main Door because HDF is commonly used for bedroom doors and it is susceptible to moisture and humidity. Normally they use Solid Wood or Steel doors for the main door and HDF for the interior/bedroom doors. Solid wood is very different to HDF.

I appreciate the corrections 😀 Noted on the proper terms. HDF (high density fiber) is the material used for the main door, as stated by our office. Our rooms are made of MDF (medium density fiber), which is not solid wood, but it can resist moisture and humidity. To ensure correctness next time we feature properties, I will confirm these technicalities with our office. Thank you so much 😊

i don't think Averdeen is more improved than HCE. maliit ang cuts ng lots ng Averdeen than HCE and wala sila nung malaking house models like Holly or Jasmine i think.

Hello Sir, thank you po for your insight. These house models are the next gen houses of Avida. Erin is the smallest in Averdeen. Soldout po yung 4 bedrooms namin which is Solea, the biggest one. For the lot naman po, the one in the video is one of the smallest. We have upto 250sqm in Averdeen, but currently sold out po.
