Nice! I celebrated the end of 3 days COLD hunting, being skunked. Took the 338LM and shot 25 @ 3 $ per, I now have a ballistic chart from the range targets. I ran from 100m to 400m for the chart, with groups. I also reached the 500m and 650m tgts, but didn't shoot a grouping on those 2. Next time!
THE GRIP ON THE GUN IS UR ISSUE THAT I SEE I WOULD JUST WORK ON DRY FIRE THE GUN MORE TO HELP WITH MUSCLE MEMMORY IT IS VERY KEY WITH DOTS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK STAY SAFE GOD BLESS
Was thinking the same for my EDC, but I'm not sure I want to invest further. I shoot pretty good with the sights. Only reason I put dot on the DH3 because I was looking for an advantage, but I shoot better with sights on that as well. But I am going to try to continue to use the dot until I get used to it, I guess.
I believe most overpriced manufacturers just making us invest into making the Products more reliable and better as crazy as it sounds. "BETA TESTING" is how business is ran nowadays sadly. That's the only reason I'll say a RMR or Acog is worth most of what their asking for it. Track Record. But it's some sturdy underdogs out here.
There was an incident last Thursday about someone getting jumped and they ended up dying cuz they went after the wrong people and it got them killed, but always try to talk first because If not and you just shoot you will catch a murder charge, you have to wait until there is clear evidence that person or people were going to harm you in any way shape or form like if you see them reaching for a weapon or come at you or something like that
Good job, I just competition (IDPA) and it can Nerve-Wracking but it looks like you attacked that first Target aggressively and you were on target and I'm sure after the match you walked with things you can work on, like I did
Thank you. It was tough, but I enjoyed it, and it helped that the folks there were nice and helpful. And yes, after the match, I saw things that I needed to work on. Thanks for watching, and good luck with your competitions.
Interesting setup! After all my other cash-outs, I'm glad IPSC isn't one more. I practice for self defense, so that negates the need for the more specialist gear. But it's not like I don't drop silly coins on long range and standard rifle stuff, I'm starting to do some lead casting and powder coating of bullets.
@femalespewpew2 The 225 is my only sub sized one, till the government changes. My 226 is a close 2nd, it fits me well and the .357 Sig will defeat most lvl 3 A and lvl 3 armor if it comes down to it
Absolutely love my FPC. I use it for steel challenge and USPSA matches. And it stands between my bed & nightstand loaded with 124gr Federal HST's for home protection. Few thousand rounds through it and not a single malfunction
Are you looking through your red dot at the target. Or, are you target focused on the target with both eyes open and bringing the dot into your line of site
That day, I was doing both. I usually shoot with both eyes open, putting the dot on the target. I was also checking to see if there is a big difference if shooting with one and both eyes through the dot.
