Fallaste corazon fallaste. Miami Shores is where to find your best quality of life and yet be in the middle of it all. But shhhhhhhh do not spread the word. It’s still a hidden gem
Back in 1999 it was a dream...no traffic 99c gallon of gas, low rent, coconut grove, south beach, key byscane. Down to earth people. Now, over priced full of wannabes, traffic, fakeness all around. Instagram rich , reality broke.
😂 You’re not wrong! The Miami heat is no joke! Hydration is key, especially if you're new to the area. Do you have any other survival tips for Miami newcomers?
Thanks, but I prefer the naturally pine scented air in Northern New Mexico, where I look out on two mountain ranges and a mile high wave wouldn't reach me.
Wow, Northern New Mexico sounds like a dream! Do you ever feel like the peace and quiet of the mountains makes it hard to imagine living in a city like Miami?
I LOVE your personality!!! I love MIami, the sun, the ocean, the culture. This is excellent guidance thank you, I love the pointer about the pet topic. I have been trying to decide between NYC and Miami, and I get such bad depression in cold weather lol so I've been scared of NYC winters. Miami is seeming like a better decision after watching your video, thank you!
Thank you so much! 😊 I’m so glad you found the video helpful! Whichever city you choose, just make sure it’s one that matches your energy! Wishing you the best on your decision, and thanks again for watching!
Oh yeah of course just remember you've just gotta be a super hot model and make minimum high 5 figures a month to experience this version of Miami. But yeah, go for it!
Thank you very much for this helpful information. This will help me with my future plans as I am looking forward to living in Florida in the not too distant future. Keep up the great videos as always. All the best, Peter.
That's great to hear, Peter! What part of Florida are you most excited about moving to? I'm sure you'll love it there. Let me know if you have any specific questions about the area.

Is living in Berkel so expensive? Because I'm thinking of moving to it, I mean, is it possible that 700 dollars are enough for me for a month, without housing, of course, or does it not fulfil the purpose?
I totally get it! Sometimes, people's experiences can be subjective. Have you had any experiences in Brickell that made you feel like the friendliness didn't quite apply to you? I'm curious to know!
One step closer to making that dream come true! 🌟 Keep aiming high, and when the time is right, Miami will be waiting for you. 🏙 Sending greetings to beautiful Brazil 🇧🇷 Thanks for watching and supporting!
Absolutely! 🔑 There are many important factors to consider, and that’s why these steps are crucial. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask!
I grew up there my first 27 years? So what Im not sure about now is the neighborhoods that considered Bad? To me the worst at that time was, Brownsville & Liberty City areas? I've read Miami Gardens is bad now..which it wasn't back then? Having the money, my choices are Coral Gables & Coconut Grove. My thing is lush green vegetation!🌱 If I were to take a pick and was Middle class, my choice is Kendall.
I'm moving back home to Miami for that same reason? The climate and the vibe once living here in Las Vegas is just not good as it was in the first 15 yrs years. It's very boring, plus you have to force yourself to find beauty in a Desert?🌵 Which you can't compare to living by the Ocean, ever? I'm going back to my roots😏
The quality of life in Miami is indeed enticing! The city has a vibrant cultural scene, with a wide range of outdoor activities, cultural events, and a thriving food scene.
I totally get it! Brickell's density and diversity are definitely some of its strongest selling points, but yeah, the poop situation can be a real bummer. The good definitely outweighs the bad in Brickell! What are your favorites besides density and diversity?
I am so confused, you're DEFINETELY not from Miami, let alone the United States, this is wild , what gives you the expertise in Miami. You're a clown!! LOL

LA is more on the glamour of Hollywood, a health-conscious lifestyle, and endless opportunities in the entertainment industry. Miami, on the other hand, is a melting pot of cultures, with a thriving nightlife, beautiful beaches, and a tropical vibe. Do you prefer the glamour of LA or the laid-back vibes of Miami?
@@stefaniamogollon good question. While I value the dramatic landscapes of southern cali and the fit lifestyle there is something about Miami that attracts me may be latin vibe (I am latino) and have lived in very multicultural cities before so LA feels hella segregated if I am honest with you. During my time in Toronto I was so happy with the melting pot so yeah Miami is getting me hella tempted
