Great content! Miami is growing so fast, the first thing I'd do if I lived there would definitely be buy a season pass to watch Messi train and play.

Pros: No city wage tax Always something / somewhere to go to Weather is great year round People are friendly 15 minutes away or less to everything from where I live Most condo buildings are like resort living Restaurants are fantastic / Outdoor dining options are year round Crime for a large city is way less than other cities Traffic here is not bad compared to NYC, LA, Chicago, ATL, Boston or DC (I know it’s worse than it was) Becoming a younger and year round living city Cons: Drivers are bad. Police need to enforce traffic laws better Many people don’t speak English (Uber drivers should be required) I love it here. I’ve been here almost 2 years and easily my favorite place of where I’ve lived. I’m in my 50’s and the city makes me feel younger. There’s so much to do and I like that when I fly out somewhere I’m really excited to come back. I never had that feeling anywhere else that I’ve lived before.

I am glad you enjoy this city so much Nick and you are right, Miami is full of things to do and has many more pros than cons. Great decision for us to move to this city paradise ✨

Great Info. Perhaps Incorporate more relevant footage for visual impact.

Latin time is just like Jamaica time. If a party starts at 10 pm, under no circumstances do you go there before 1 am😂

What’s crazy is No One speaks English in Miami. But Everyone in Puerto Rico speaks perfect English 😒😂

Not that crazy, Puerto Rico has been part of the U.S. since 1898! Miami is full of people from all Spanish-speaking countries (from Spain to Central/South American and the Carribean).

That is an exaggeration - ran into very few people in Miami Beach, Brickell and Wynwood who would not speak English (mostly, the new taxi/Uber drivers are the folks who do not speak English (probably 40% based on my experience). Other than that, feel perfectly fine in Miami only knowing English and another language (not Spanish)

The big con of the city is your role of living there. If you have 10+ millions on your bank account - amazing, if not then you should think about what you are going to do there. If in DC most of people are working for government, in Miami - in service. City is not accessible that much like a lot of liberal cities US( but not as bad as Dubai). You will probably need a car( if you are not living in Downtown/Brickell/ South Beach/ Midtown/ Coral Gables/ Edgewater). Weather is cool as long as you enjoy endless summer. I love this city as I am a party person, but otherwise it’s overrated. P.S.: nightlife in Miami is the best. Only NYC can compete
