My starter bolts are seized and I can't get them broken loose. It's ridiculously tight in there anyway that I can create space to get some more room in there?

These 1.5 liter ecotecs on the Malibu's and Equinox's also will throw that P1101 code for some light oil making it's way to the throttle body. It will throw the sensor off.
customers doing this is a huge problem these days with a shop let alone a mobile mechanic. I feel for you and also why I stopped doing it for good customers too the same shit they seem to think cause there car isn't in a garage they don't have to pay.
You say you've done this for awhile...anyone that's done work on cars for ANY length of time makes sure their jack handle is secure. Even the harbor freight jack handles have a bolt that tightens them so they don't come out. Always make sure shit is secure and this wouldn't happen. Never happened to me in my 16 years of working on cars, even when the handles are not fully tight.

That’s a nice fix the thing that pisses me off of some genius out there like many others came up with the fucking idea of making the end connection for of your shift cable to the linkage on your transmission a fucking piece of plastic that’s gonna fail that pisses me off

You can be good at fixing anything and everything but one thing nobody will ever be able to fix, is stupid, can't fix stupid but you can charge for it.
In the state I live in you would be heading to jail for removing the tags off the truck even in that situation so you may want to do something different
