If you turn left on Jeff Anderson Way, from Barr Blvd., and drive all the way down to the end toward Bexley Trail, Carmen Renee intersects Jeff Anderson in two locations, that is also Shady Brook. I was down there in June meeting with the designers for our house, our lot is on the corner of Jeff A. and Carmen R, the street signs were up then. There is no outlet in that part of shady brook, and the Shallow Creek golf maintenance building is down that way. It’s a beautiful area, and there’s still some lots for sale. They break ground on ours July 19, and we close November 7. We’re moving down from the Spanish Springs are, very excited. Love your videos! Thank you 😊
Actually, I just noticed, in this video at minute marker 2:20, you can see the area I’m referring to at the top of the frame. The curved road above the green area, is Carmen Rene. The house with the gray roof, at the top, all the way to the left, is directly across the street from our lot.
Nice drone work. Thanks for the extensive coverage of Well Point. At 6:11 you say “that’s an executive course being built there” south of McNeil Drive. I’m pretty sure that’s part of a championship course. The executive courses will be the one along the turnpike (Laurel Oaks) and the one down along the north side of Central Parkway just east of Marsh Bend Trail. I’d love to have another executive course in that area, but alas, it’s not to be.
My guess is those are designers and not verandas and they will not add fences. But that’s a guess. And the courtyards can still be secluded by a wall and be named a different neighborhood. The other way to tell is to look at the sewer and drainage. If the drain and sewer is on the side not center of street then they are likely designers. All my best guess. I did see that earlier and at least like what they have done there. Would have added more value if they sold the lots to let people build. Lots higher prices then too. Time will tell.
@@user-dj2xp4zl7i that area is too close to the turnpike for me. But maybe a find a veranda down in shady brook in the next 7 days. I have tired to get 5 lots and 2 verandas and lost out on all of them. So far. Lots of demand for view lots and view homes. But I am not in a hurry. I am trying to buy now to use later.

Will not live on a street named after these people🫣🫣 crazy the street names they are choosing. Imagine having to tell people those names and writing it all the time 😬😬
Thanks for the Video we are looking in Shadybrook also. Our agent showed us a document that specifies what models fit on each lot. Detailing if a Golf Cart garage or 3 car garage would fit. Initially we were looking at the Kingbird but it does not fit on many lots.
