If you turn left on Jeff Anderson Way, from Barr Blvd., and drive all the way down to the end toward Bexley Trail, Carmen Renee intersects Jeff Anderson in two locations, that is also Shady Brook. I was down there in June meeting with the designers for our house, our lot is on the corner of Jeff A. and Carmen R, the street signs were up then. There is no outlet in that part of shady brook, and the Shallow Creek golf maintenance building is down that way. It’s a beautiful area, and there’s still some lots for sale. They break ground on ours July 19, and we close November 7. We’re moving down from the Spanish Springs are, very excited. Love your videos! Thank you 😊
Actually, I just noticed, in this video at minute marker 2:20, you can see the area I’m referring to at the top of the frame. The curved road above the green area, is Carmen Rene. The house with the gray roof, at the top, all the way to the left, is directly across the street from our lot.
