This discussion has me back on EBay, hopelessly scanning to see if the landscape is any better, it is not, there are people selling just the Twilight Princess WiiU CASE for $36. Outrageous.
The saga mode if you go past day 14 or whatever you can actually keep playing and eventually winter will be over and there's an achievement for getting to day 100
Good question! Yes and no. Yes because the gameplay is some of the best in the genre in my opinion and you can have a ton of fun with it solo or with a group on both the normal and legendary difficulty settings. No because if you're coming for the story, you'll likely be disappointed. While the campaign stories are good, so much of the ongoing Destiny narrative has been told through seasonal storylines that are no longer available in the game, not to mention that there are entire expansions that have been vaulted and are no longer accessible meaning if you want the full story, you'll have to watch some youtube videos to catch you up. So yes, it's a good solo experience if you are looking for some great, fun gameplay, but no if you are hoping to be able to follow a coherent story from start to finish.
Why did you ruin major parts of the story without a spoiler warning. Thanks, it’s not worth playing if I know the end to the main campaign. I get that the villains name is in the title, but what a let down. I just wanted gameplay info👎
Here's the thing, the game is 12 years old and I'm going not going to go out of my way to avoid spoilers because someone on the internet might decide to play that game somewhere down the line. While I understand you may be disappointed, accept some responsibility for your actions. There are chapters in the video labeled as "Story" and "Gameplay" so you chose to not skip the story one. You chose to click on videos without adding "spoiler free" to the search if you're that concerned about it. You chose to look for info on a 12 year old game on the internet. I'm sorry you feel the game is no longer worth playing because a game called "Diablo 3" has you fight Diablo at the end, but I'm not interested in not being allowed to talk about games I love on our RU-vid channel just in case Kiwas11 could play the game one day.
I actually think Lies of P is better than most, if not all, From games. Your complaints really do sound like "git gud" problems. The last 3 bosses were tough, but I sucked it up and learned the fights.
What about it makes you like it more than From games? And I’m aware that all of the final bosses are doable, their difficulty just spiked in a way that left a sour note on an otherwise fantastic experience.
What a crazy take from both of you. Both of you put Dark Soul 2 as the best Dark Souls game. That's insane, but I respect sticking to your opinions even though you know they are wildly unpopular. At least you got number 1 right. Good video.
If I buy all the destiny content what’s the order should I play ? I’m more into pvp and some pve and to be honest getting meta items and gear is important to me to be competitive . Also cd keys has some good prices currently
Lightfall or The Final Shape may be good places to start since they unlock subclasses that give you more options for builds, though I'm not sure what the PVP meta is with Strand and Prismatic. As far as gear goes, I'd probably say start with the Beyond Light campaign if you're looking for PVP weapons since there are a few good ones you can earn through completing some missions, but a majority of the gear comes from random drops, so you can really do whatever you're enjoying and eventually earn them that way. If there are specifics you're wanting, you can also use exotic ciphers to unlock them from the kiosk or keep an eye on Xur's inventory each weekend where he sells some stuff. It may help to look up a few builds you want to shoot for and see if any of the pieces come from somewhere specific that you can target, but otherwise, just playing the game earns you the gear over time!
@@YourFNGamers amazing reply! Downloading the base game now , then going to buy light fall and complete as much as I can and buy final shape and complete that . When I start a character , and play base game for awhile , does my character just merge over to say lightfall or do I need to make a new one ?
All the campaigns are accessed through the main game, so you won't need to make a new character for them. You should be able to start your character, mess around in the base game, and move freely between expansion content and free-to-play content. Once you purchase an expansion with a campaign, you'll have new missions unlock that'll take you through it. Hope you enjoy!
Fromsoftware fans, haha jk! But it is a bummer that so much of the story is inaccessible outside of youtube. It's not really a single player game and I know there were technical limitations to consider, but it sucks that someone jumping in for the first time has the choice of either starting 2 years into the Destiny 2 story and still missing a bunch because of the seasonal storylines that are gone or just starting with the most recent expansion so they can actually experience the seasons, but also having no idea what's been going on for the last 10ish years between Destiny 1 and 2.
I still don't understand.... so this game (H3) gives me the ability to play H1 and H2 with just one purchase? Or do I still have to buy the other games to access them from H3?
In January 2023, IO Interactive rebranded Hitman 3 as Hitman: World of Assassination and included Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 with it for free, essentially bundling all three games into one. There are a couple of DLC things that you can get with the Deluxe Edition, but all three complete games are included with the base version of World of Assassination.
Little biased cause I love the whole Star Wars sci-fi universe in general but I loved the game and the semi open world was fairly immersive I would say … can’t wait for outlaws, a full Star Wars open world game 👀 let’s see how Ubisoft does But agreed with Dagon , so much missed potential with killing him off like that, he was pretty interesting as well
@@YourFNGamers yep yep, I really hope they do make it immersive , and they have a wanted system which sounds super cool but just hoping they can implement it well, as I don’t want a AC open world with the same quests and repetitive movement over and over for the whole game
Yeah, I really enjoyed The Division games and thought their worlds felt immersive and the gameplay felt extremely fun, so I have some hope that they can translate that into a super cool Star Wars setting!
Hey I don’t know if you are still active in this comment section but there is a summer discount that blew my mind and I want to buy every expansion that I see but I want to know which one would still be relevant in todays age and worth buying if I wanted to grind out raids. I was recommended forsaken and witch queen should I buy these? They are like 4 bucks each and the legacy edition is 30 on sale. Also is 30th Anniversary edition even worth anything?
Great question! So pretty much all of the expansions have some exotic weapons and armors that see regular use in the higher tiers of content. The Forsaken pack definitely has a bunch because it bundles a lot of the exotics from the older content into one place. The Witch Queen's campaign is praised by a lot of people and is often recommended, too, though I think it's raid is probably one of the less popular ones if you are interested in raiding. If you want to be able to grind out raids, The Legacy Collection is probably your best bet as it'll give you access to all but the newest raid and exotics that come with The Final Shape. If you're not looking to spend that much, Forsaken is a good one to pick up and then I'd recommend looking up some raid builds for whatever class you are playing and seeing which expansion those exotics come from and buying those since you're interested in raiding. The 30th Anniversary Pack does give you access to Gjallarhorn which is a top tier rocket launcher, so it may be worth it if you want to run that, but it does not come with a raid like pretty much every other expansion.
Hi so I have a question, I used to play on ps4 until beyond light now I got a pc but with the base game and I'm looking into buying the new dlc, so... what happed to sell the weapons and cosmetics that I had? Ty
Good question! So it's my understanding that if you are using the same Bungie account on PC that you were using on Playstation, your cosmetics, weapons, and armors should all still be usable, regardless of whether you have the DLCs or not. You won't be able to get new exotics, weapons, and armors from the DLCs you owned on PS4, but the ones you already have aren't locked out or anything. From what I understand, the DLCs are tied to platform since you're purchasing those through Steam/Playstation/Xbox, but the cosmetics, seasons, and dungeon keys are cross platform since you buy them from Bungie directly with their premium currency.
I was one of those players that limit tested the game, and spent about 100 days in one Survival mode server ( about a week in real time) I have the screenshots of our final time when we caught the bifrost, I also wore zero armor the entire time, yes I ran Nothing to Hide buff as well as using dark weapons. I didn't know that they nerfed the Jöutuns marching towards your base, I ALWAYS had to stop adventuring and go one shot them😅 Maybe it's time to return Player name is DVLHMSLF
Thank you for this video. I am brand new to D2 even though I bought the Legacy Collection and never played back from 2017/2019, so for someone that hardly plays this is it better to just buy the new 2024 LOL Legacy Collection. My game states I only have the Forsaken pack and I really don'y care fore the Final Shape yet
Glad it was helpful! So my recommendation would be to see what expansions you have access to, like if it's just Forsaken or if it's more. From there, you can do the math and see if buying the ones you're missing is cheaper than just picking up the 2024 Legacy Collection. My guess is that if you're missing more than a couple, it'll probably be cheaper and easier to scoop up the Legacy collection on sale for about $25.
Imo this game is not good, i understand theres a small team behind it, but the progression system is bad, far too slow combat and the ganking of enemies would make DS2 blush. I beaten games like Demon souls remake and Elden ring and Lies of P, and what all these games got right is combat and how you can form a build that suits you, yes this game uses "shells" as a class system but it doesnt help thay uou have to find them, with the world mapping being awful, the graphics however are beautiful and it sucks that its the one souls game that i dont find fun tbh.
It reminded me a lot of the preserverace skill in dark souls 3. I just played with cleric so it felt very similar to that and really fun. I'd love to see more of it.
So if I bought the final shape annual pass it'll give me all the seasons passes through the upcoming year?? And now it's on sale with 20% is that a good deal to buy the annual pass with 80$?
Yes, the annual pass will unlock Episode 1: Echoes, Episode 2: Revenant, and Episode 3: Heresy as they become available over the next year along with the Dungeon Key. Buying The Final Shape, Episodes, and Dungeon Key separately would run you at least $100, so The Final Shape + Annual Pass for $80 is technically a deal. That said, $80 is still a decent amount of money, so what I always ask is, "How much Destiny 2 do you plan on playing?" If you're going to max out each episode's battle pass and play through all of the story and dungeons, then yeah, it's a good purchase. But if you can see yourself falling off or taking a break and missing out on some of the content you paid for, it might be wiser to just pick up The Final Shape, which comes with the current episode when you buy it, and picking the other stuff up bit by bit if you're still playing.
Good question, you will not unlock them immediately. You will get a few exotic ciphers that can be spent on some weapons upon purchase of the Forsaken Pack which comes with the Legacy Collection. For the rest it's a combination of quests, dungeons/raids, and random drops.
is this completly up to date? i have every dlc on console because i got everything as the years went by but i will be getting a pc in the near future and want to make sure i know what i should buy
Yes, this was created at the release of The Final Shape in June 2024 and should be up to date. As of July 2024 there have been no changes. When Episode 2 and 3 come out, there may be some changes to the Silver/Cosmetics Bundle that they sell, but everything else should remain the same.
Destiny 2 is not on GamePass, but there is a lot of Destiny 2 that is free to play. The New Light, Shadowkeep, and Beyond Light campaigns are free to all players. The strikes, pvp, and gambit modes are all available as well. They even have the Prophecy dungeon and Kingsfall, Crota's End, and Garden of Salvation raids for free. So there is no reason to buy anything until you at least play through some of those offerings and see if you enjoy the game. From there, if you want to access more campaigns, dungeons, raids, and exotics, you can purchase The Legacy Collection and/or The Final Shape. Occasionally they'll do free weekends where some of the paid content is available to try for a limited time for everyone and I think PS+ gave away some of the expansions last year, so maybe you're thinking of that?
