PLEASE : I would like to come across someone having the curiosity to make "back-up" photos of every shot made with the 24mm (at f/1.4, and say f/5.6) also with the 20mm WITHOUT CHANGING DISTANCE to subject ! ..then crop those in post to match as close as possible to the framing of the 24mm shots. (Imagine You could finetune and store the finder's cropping to ouer taste..!) . How does bokkeh, distortion, grain, ..compare?
Thank you very much. I had a tiffen mist filter stuck on my panny 20 60 and could not for the life of me get it off. After watching I took the camera kit cleaning cloth and tried it and viola! I live in the middle of nowhere and the closest repair store is 230 km from me and posting things take forever. Thank you I now have my lens back
Izzy & Digital Goja, you have made my evening!! You have solved for me how to reset a pixapro Pika200TTL light using the same method. You've saved me. It was not working with my trigger - and now it is!!! Thankyou so very much!!!!
I shoot exclusively with Sigma when it comes to autofocus lenses on my LUMIX S5. All of the primes in the DG DN Contemporary line have an aperture ring and are not too different in price than these. They're also fully metal and smaller in size. The design issue has to do with these lenses being f1.4 vs the DG DN Contemporary line of lenses being f2-f2.8 depending on the lens. The overall optics are the same though. As a Fujifilm X-Pro3 shooter, I'm going to hold off on these Sigma lenses until Sigma makes the DG DN Contemporary line for Fujifilm X mount. My style of shooting requires an aperture ring.
Hello, you amazing man! I've just bought myself a second-hand Nikon D5300 camera with accessories (including a Neewer speedlite, trigger and receiver set, which I have never used before) and your wonderful, instructive video made everything so clear on how to use all the equipment together! I have just subscribed! Thank you so, so much...from a very grateful amateur lady photographer from the UK!!! All the best and take care...Pat x
Thank You!! I tried everything else first, but what did the trick was removing the inner ring that holds the glass filter in place. I had to still use the rubber band to remove the remaining metal ring. It was really stuck, but came out. The filter is history, but the lens is intact. YAY!
