A millon three fifty? Are you out of your mind?? For that much jing I can buy a 250 Acres of Pristine mountain land with a beautiful and almost new 4 bedroom brick ranch with a New 3 bedroom 3 bath modular home with 2 stocked ponds and 2 mile of trails in Kentucky!!
Unfortunately homes like this no longer get bought by Mainers/locals anymore. The housing market has skyrocketed, and out of staters outbid locals in the housing market that no one can compete. Corporate entities buy up large tracks of land, make housing developments and then rent the homes for outrageous costs, or they sell them for highway robbery. It's sad... The majority of expensive real estate is owned by people who often do not even live here year round, if at all... I used to have so many dreams of owning a two story house in my own state, but the way things are going that will most likely never happen.
