I have to say Rachel your energy, the property, music, WAS PERFECT. Regardless of what others have said above. When I read things I wonder why even say anything if not nice, they all have opinions and that is all they are. Keep up the GREAT VIDEOS for all those involved in the making of this one. I watch home videos every day & this was a stand out one.

Excellent video quality! Music was a little loud in spots and didn't like it playing while you were speaking. What a nice cabin and area looks great.

That faux footing by the step is concerning....although it makes me think Maine is a bit lax on building codes with what homeowners can do with their buildings....may be a good thing. I see a well, that's good. Is there a septic system with tank and leaching field?

Yes there is a septic system. This was built before building codes were changed. You now have to build at least 100 feet from the high water mark.

Had a house this close to water and yes it flooded every 7-9 years..not fun

That screened in porch is almost like a boathouse right on the water. My family has a cottage on a lake in northern Wisconsin and we have a boathouse and it gets these giant wolf spiders living on in the inside of it. Bet that porch and house has a spider problem in the summer.
