Thinking of buying this for my home gym but why doesn't the video show the triceps workout, just the bicep workout? It's the same with the ad on your website.
at 0.08 seconds the video shows a tricep extension. Likewise, a tricep extension is shown in the images on the website. The movements of bicep curl and tricep extension look similar with this machine as the position of the user is the same, however the weight is being pushed/pulled in opposite directions in each movement. I hope this helps 💪

I have the M4 squat rack and it’s fantastic, but it’s a smaller height than this. I’d love to buy the taller supports in this video and that pull-up bar - is that possible?
You mentioned on the website that this can be attached to the m3 rack, but the images only show it attached at the side. Can it also be attached to the front of a M3 rack
If you had two of these Cable Pulley Machines mounted opposite one another, you'd be able to perform chest flys, but not with one machine. Hope this helps

An AMRAP workout is about doing as many rounds as you can, so no rest or little rest will mean you complete more. A small rest can be used if your body needs it though

The spotters have 11 levels of adjustment, but the range of these is designed to cover things from a flat bench press to squats. Unfortunately this don't cover decline bench to full depth
I'm planning to get mirafit M3 rack with 100kg barbell. I currently have a wooden floor (engineered oak). Would this be suitable for it? The maximum weight I currently do is 97.5kg sumo squats. I don't generally slam the barbell onto the floor. Also, is it easy to cut to size?
