It arrived today - a day early!! i was expecting it tomorrow amazing thanks!It took me a couple of hours to put it together -straight forward !I didnt buy the Olympic 2" weight plates so i had to order some ......this is the only negative . ive just tried it out with some old weights and already i can feel the muscles in my stomach expanding and contracting on their own! For first impressions its excellent! I will try it out properly tomorrow when my Olympic " weight plates arrive......but am already excited!

@@MirafitOfficial YES IVE KICKED IT OFF...ITS SMOOTH, Its amazing so afr and it targets your abs beautifully!! i need to add more weight plates...i ordered 30kg worth plates. ...i will start gradually and add more as i get used to the weights.For first impressions its perfect for what i want to achieve with this, a flat stomach!...
