Hi Chris ! I wondering to buy this lock box, but I don't have access to any wifi, so i want to use it in standalone mode. Can I obtain a log of all the people that have used the box if I periodically connect my phone with the box via bluetooth ?
Thanks for your comment! 😊 No worries, you can absolutely use the Matrix II lockbox as a standalone product without WiFi. Once you're back in Bluetooth range, the Linkstyle App will catch up and give you all the notifications with the correct timestamps. 📦🔒

I have the old sytle Matrix without the front cover. I am unable to get into pairing mode to add a 2nd user to be able to open the lock box. The info says to push any button on the keypad, but no luck. What am I missing? Note that I am able to pair with one phone and am setup as a admin user.
@@malloyu0 OK. For this you don't need to get the lock box into pairing mode. You will need to create a second Linkstyle account and download the app on the second phone, then add that account as a new user using the app on the first phone. Got it. And I think I did what you replied with but no luck. However, I did retry and believe I learned that I needed to set up a My Home with the appropriate name and address and THEN I was able to connect. I will need to retry this to test my steps. While so, I was expecting that I would just pair the new phone with the new account snd the key box and these would all sync. Thinking it works like a BT headset that pairs to an iPhone and an iPad. Stay tuned and I’ll retry as I am currently on vaca and out of the area and don’t want to mess up while being remote. Many thanks for the support. Lastly, curious is the Matrix II works the same as the Matrix with pairing or not.
I wish it was that simple. Unfortunately unlike your video my unit does not connect. It does not find it, the app is freaking worthless and on top of that doing it manually doesn't do any good either no matter what I do it will not connect. I followed all the stupid instructions and I've tried other things like it doesn't work. I wasted my money on this garbage
The aeration process improves the taste of wine and can make a $10 wine taste like it's $100! This saves a ton of time compared to using an old fashioned decanter for aeration.
Any reason you would want to use an app to control a desk lamp you will always be sat right next to? Normal controls on the lamp seem like they would be much more convenient?

If it's not responding when you plug it in for the first time, please try a different cable or a different outlet to see if the problem is with those. If the outlet and the cable are all working, it's possible that you might have received a defective unit. I just bought this. The battery went from 100 to 64 percent in 24 hours. Is there a way to save battery life? I noticed the blue led around the finger sensor is constantly on.
That sounds like something is keeping the device awake making it drain the batteries. One thing you can try is to remove the batteries and then put them back in (the classic turning it of and on trick). Another thing you can try is reset the lock box and add it back to the app again. Make sure to wipe the fingerprint sensor and the keypad clean, just in case if it's something physically touching it that's keeping it awake. If the problem still persists after that, you might have a defective unit. In that case, please reach out to our customer support team at support@linkstyle.life and we can help you from there.
When you first set it up, keep the white box, the black box, your phone, and your Wi-Fi router all close together to make sure they have a good connection. After you've set it up, keep the white box within Wi-Fi range of the router, and keep it close to the black box. Then you can use the Linkstyle app on your phone from anywhere as long as it has internet access.
I can not get this thing to connect via Bluetooth. I've tried restarting my phone and deleting the app and reloading it. I have followed the video step by step and no success. I'm ready to return this lockbox and get something else.
How do you set a code over wifi? I have three of these with the nexohub and they all show as online, but cant set codes for any of them unless i am within bluetooth range?
