It's cool that you're thinking about tools and spares for the trail. Way more of us don't until we're broke down. Couple of points I'd like to give though. Ditch the rubber mallet. There made for clearing a jammed-up hopper full of grain and/or making Tom & Jerry cartoons. Buy a dead blow from HF instead. The orange one they have is about the same size as your mallet. Second, practice using those same tools on projects in the driveway. If you can't get it done there, it darn sure won't be easier on the trail. Have fun on the trails.
@@rickogden4512 you’re right, I can’t think of any reason carrying a rubber mallet. I’ll stick with the blow hammer which I also got from HF which I carry in the tool bag. And yes, practicing for sure, since I’m mechanically challenged and probably not the sharpest tool in the shed either. Need to practice on my crappy $10/hr welding skills.
He goes by Basikbiker on instagram and Tacomaworld. It leaked because of water and mud in there from water crossings. It caused the seals in the rack to grenade.
@@lit_taco4x4 you still liking the rack and rods ?? I have my rods and rack should be here in a week ish. ... what did you do about a intermediate shaft? did you shorten and remove the belows ( ribbed section ) on yous?
@@brokenarrow420 rack is still rocking. I’ll be posting up a video soon about a recent rock crawling trip. The steering shaft had to be cut short and welded.
Would rather hear the vehicles and the spotting than nonstop music. Some music sprinkled in for your B roll is totally different than what’s here. Love the crawling content though.
Great video. Have been seriously thinking of buying this one for my rig. I’m 5’11” and really love the slim profile of this. I think I’d be able to fit it into my garage.
I got one of these things coming next tue, can’t wait for nice showers at my cabin this summer! Been showering out of a bucket for years. But now I’m getting old and my rugged lifestyle is pumping the brakes.
Might still take the taco though. Toss up. Could be the T4R, could be the Taco. Probably T4R since taco been already but taco is nagging me and said, “yo let me take a crack at it again, I’ll make her my bitch next time.” Like a UFC fighter asking for a rematch.

Yes you can. Just connect this to the gas regulator the unit comes with. www.amazon.com/dp/B08FSKWQHY/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_7K9YPX8JQ9PHRBRCYKSX?linkCode=ml2&tag=gatoroverland-20
