Great workout -- did not realize it was a seated workout -- I did my workout standing -- I like all the workouts on this site if there's not a Live class/workout @ the timeslot I need/want. This was perfect !!! TY Silver Sneakers !!!
I love Silver Sneakers, but because my insurance does not have it available, I cannot join the live. I think this is shame that Silver Sneakers doesn't have a website where anyone can join. Andi is the best!
Dorila ripped me off, be very careful and read the reviews be careful again they have their own review site all fake. also the product is rubbish BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY BY SENDING MORE THAN YOU ORDER AND YOU CANT GET A REFUND AND FAKE REVIEWS ITS JUST CUT OUR RUBBER
I'm not a senior, but have been doing these exercises. They work for me, so will be recommending these exercises and your channel whenever I get seniors as beginner singer students in my online classes. Great for overall strength for singing!

I hope that everyone who does this is aware that there is a percentage of the population, regardless of age, who do not have the ability to visualize. This condition is called aphantasia. It makes exercises such as this one, which assumes the ability to see with the "mind's eye' confusing. There is good information online and on RU-vid by Tom Ebeyer at Aphantasia Network and Oliver Sacks. Learning that I have aphantasia was a great relief to me and may be to others.
Thank you for this video! Today I used this video for my workout and my daughters joined me! Such a great instructional video, definitely gets your heart pumping haha I had to pause it twice! I am in postpartum with hypertension and by the grace of God I can naturally improve daily! Thanks again!
