1. I baught asus laptop in Rs.61000 from croma in march 2023 after 1.3 yers it's not turning ON ,in service centre they replace battery of price 5000. And also give charger of some other customer telling me that your charger is also defected which they don't tell me while taking my laptop for repair. 2. Then after repair CAD software is crashing for which I bought laptop. I go to service centre then they told me that your mother board defected which cost to replace Rs. 54000. I am a student and can't afford new laptop after investing 61000 . In service centre or on RU-vid I found so many consumer phasing same problem in asus laptops Is their any solution.
Sir, my sister has purchased a flat in Pune from one of the builder and almost 50% amount has been paid. After agreement is done, we came to know that the construction work if the building is stopped from last 1 month as he has some financial crises. Later we came to know, he has other towers which are due for possession 2 years back, but has not completed and possession was not given. Also builder has promised a scheme of reimbursement of home loan interest amount until possession. Possession is in Dec'25. We have MOU signed for that. Now he is not making payment of interest amount and not picking up the call. His booking agency has cheated us and did not give us clear picture while booking the flat. Request your advice please.

Will the decree of specific performance be granted to the buyer on the basis of the same agreement signed by both the parties

Hi sir, in our mutual consent case.. Case was filed on 7th june 2024 Registered on 12th june 2024 1st hearing date was showing as 13th june 2024.. But our lawyer didn't ask both of us (me and my husband) to appear in court. Now when i check in online portal by case number, i see second hearing date as 16th dec 2024. Our lawyer is not clarifying anything. What does this mean? We are serving cooling period? But we have not appeared in court while filing/first hearing date 13th june 2024. We both have only signed the petition. Please advice

Hello sir I gave my cheques to one person when I was in relationship with him for applying his loan how ever after 2 years he started acting weird with me n he also took an iPhone loan on my name was not repaying in this case I have contacted the nearest police station n raised complaint then he gave me remaining loan amount but after that he had my cheques that I gave for his loan purpose he bounced it on his mother name n saying that I took money from his mother n I gave my cheques to his mother now I’m struck wt to do they have mentioned as over the period of time I have taken money from them since my mother was not well wen v wr in relationship from his acc I got transaction of 70 k n he use to withdraw money from my ATM n from my end almost 1 lakh I have send him now what should I do sir they raised it to take a revenge pls suggest me 🙏🏻 they bounced for 6lakhs of RS through hand they have given
