Sir in my Linked document which is a primary main link document on last stamp paper the signature of the vendee / purchaser is not there. Only the signature of the vendor / seller is there ? Starting 6 pages have both vendor vendee signatures but on 7th page last page which has witness column and stamp duty details vendee signature is not there ? Does this make my document invalid ? In 2008 Aloka Bose v. Parmatma Devi case Supreme court said even if vendee signature is not there also it doesn't make document invalid. But My link document is registered in 2007 year.
