Cocoon Cast is a channel devoted to movies. Each week we will do movie reviews of the latest movies. In addition, some months we will have extra episodes with longer movie reviews. Finally, we will have community involvement by interacting with the comments you leave on our videos.
We are looking to build a positive Cinema Community where everyone learns more about their favorite pastime, watching movies.
I remember indications that she was gone, I think something the daughter said. Plus, the movie plot on some websites mentions he is a widower pursuing an old love after 50 years.
I just saw this movie. It was fantastic. The implicit "what if" 's were reminiscent of A24's Past Lives and the quirky yet melancholic scenes in Japan were akin to Lost In Translation.
Welcome to our cinema community! Glad to hear we gave you a pleasant recomendation...and were easy on the ears too! Can't wait to hear what you think of it.
Hey Cinema Community! Rebekah and I covered a lot on the movie Touch, but we want to hear from YOU! Comment below your thoughts and what stood out to you.
Hey Cinema Community! Check out the new movie, Touch. It's a little tricky to find, but offers a lot in the way of reflecting on ones life and the relationships that have. Share with our cinema community if you plan to do see it!
The movie was great. I didn’t know anything about the height, but I really really enjoyed it. Glad I took the time out of my schedule and I can make the time and find the time to view it with friends.
Welcome to our Cinema Community! Great to hear you went to the movie with YOUR Cinerma Community! Around Coccoon Cast, we say it often, "movies are better together"...which also includes commenting on the channel. I am glad the movie turned out to be one you really liked!
It's always lovely when a movie turns out to be great and you can share it with your friends. Sounds like more movies might be finding themselves in your schedule!
I was adopted when I was three years old and was in the system for 3 years. I am 24 years old now and want to let you know that you are not alone. My birth parents divorced and my dad abused me and they abandoned me on the street as a baby. I came into the hospital blue and very sick. I am so thankful that this story has finally been told about the American adoption system. This movie gave me so many flashbacks to my birth parents from the little that I can remember. I cried throughout the entire movie. I still live with some major anxiety over being adopted and hope that one day it will all be healed up. All of this is to say that I am so grateful that this movie has come out and spread the light to help give awareness about adoption in the United States. This movie still has me crying 😭. I am so thankful though to have seen the movie.
Welcome to our Cinema Community! Thank-you so much for sharing your story. I am sorry you have been through so much, clearly you are strong and a survivor! This movie sounds like it really captures so much of what you have gone through. I agree, it is a story of hope and it needs to be told! We hope to hear more from you on the channel! All the best to you ❤️!
Thankfulness and Anxiety can become two sides of a coin that flips often in our lives. Don't put any pressure on yourself to "be all healed up" as you said... your story is unique and the imperfections may help others find peace, just as this movie has for you 💜
So glad you stayed safe offering your comments 🙊! Agreed with all your thoughts! I unexpectedly had a chance to see it a second time last night in Dolby Cinema. I can say I liked it even more the second time! Wow! Great movie, with many layers! I hope more in our Cinema Community are able to see it! Thanks for your thoughts 😁!

Thanks for your comment! We miss the weekly long form videos too. We're recording one next week, so watch for it to drop over the next few weeks. We will be discussing our 3 favourite movies over the last few months, so be sure to check it out! Although at this time we will be posting more shorter reviews, we will be adding more longer form videos on a regular basis, just not weekly. Thanks for checking out our shorter reviews, we're glad you are still part of our Cinema Community 😀!
