I’d rather watch a Matrix Prequel instead. If they ARE making a 5th sequel though, bring back Hugo Weaving, and especially Laurence Fishburne as Morpheus, instead of replacing him with a younger actor Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, no offense to him, but the Matrix film wouldn’t be the same without Laurence and Hugo. Don’t forget to bring back Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss too.
Welcome to our cinema community. I think a prequel could give them some extra room to be fresh and new and not locked into what has been done so far. Good idea.
