Why???..During Slavery. Slaves were intentionally brain washed and Manipulted to Not allow each other to Advance. The Welfare System was created for those in Poverty to remain enslaved for most of their lives. Everything was created systematically. Your born into Poverty and Expected to die that way. Only Slaves who invented things, or created things became successful. Many baught their freedom and went on to own property and land in America. Nypsey knew this. He understood the Power of Enterpernewship. Nypsey knew the importance of Community Growth. He also understood very well the Jeolousy that came with it. He took that risk, and Lost!
