Love your sweater and the contrast that you chose. Would you consider unravelling the extra length on the back or alternatively cutting the length off (secured first with some needle felting since you’re working with wool)? I’m sure it will all work out fine ❤
On your sweater, why don't you embrace the longer length of the back with a high/low split hem? Leave a little side seam unsewn ~3-4" and have the back longer "on purpose".

Me again. Our family home has been sold and my stepmom is moving to her new house in New Maryland in late October. I'm heading home at the beginning of October for one last visit to the old homestead. I have a Cricket Cove gift certificate, but I know the store in Fredericton has closed, so I'll be heading to Black's Harbour one day. Do you still supply them with your yarn?

Some sweaters have a longer back than front. Would it work with this pattern? Maybe leave a little side slit? I'm really curious to see the end result. I love the yellow!!

Congratulations on selling your home! I am making the HANA too. I like the neon yellow. Do what makes you happy. I am using red; I could not decide between red or kelly green. Did you notice that each of the three pieces on front/back also have embroidery on the pickup stitches? I thought that the front/back were pieced together the same but after looking at the diagram on page 13, they are flipped. Details😊. My sleeves were longer than I expected. I believe my math was incorrect or tension changed so I must frog 10cm. I got bored with it all and moved to another sweater WIP. My next cable sweater, is going to be the Emery pullover by Joji. Hey Amanda. Great to see you back. Yes moving is busy for sure. Glad it’s going well. 😊I have been using the clarins serum for 10 years. I am 54 and have normal to dry skin. The serum feels like a drink of water to your face. I hope you love it as much as I do. I also use the clarins daily moisturizer as well, feels amazing the best I have ever used. I have tried many over the years. Good luck with your move.
So exciting for all the things. Do you think with your hem on your sweater, you can add some ribbing and have like a split them, or even a rolled hem from the front and back? Love the bright yellow.
