It's kinda funny how you shit on Illaio for being "high skill" cause she can just auto you for slow and hit E for free meanwhile one of your tips is to use Q2 after W because W (Point&Click ability) slows so hitting second Q is free.. LoL players still mesuring pp over whos champ takes more skill smh
Im an Akali Main and I also used to be an Akali Main before her rework and it might sound weird but Diana probably is the closest champ to the old Akali. I have now around 160k points on Diana and even though she obviously has a different Kit compared to the old Akali, she still feels similar. Instead of using the R from the old Akali at minions to come closer to enemies, I just use QE on minions and use E again on the enemy. Of course Diana and old Akali are different but the playstyle reminds me of her.
I just posted a video on reddit showing me dealing no dmg with my full ult duration on a Senna who was 4 levels below me. This champion is so trash that I really feel like picking up another champion to one trick. The only reason people one trick this champ is because she's fun
I don't think reducing movement speed would work cause of her e dash, and reducing waveclear would just make ppl buy titanic. There's a crucial design mistake with how delayed the dmg is. Maybe having it so W deals half the dmg around you instantly could help a little in 1v1s without breaking her, but it's hard if not impossible to fix her imo
I know there is no more arena, but I enjoyed it so much playing nearly only katarina, my build was nashor for dmg, then hatchet, hatchet was there to give me literally another health bar when I used my ult on one target, and later I went like riftmaker, hex gunblade which gave me so much omni vamp, I could outheal swain, but you just need merc boots for tenacity, I'm sad that this gamemode won't be the same, I just enjoyed it so much
