I was meaning to say someone with a loose relation to the family (family friend) - no blood connection. I hadn’t heard their name until I was 20 and got into property so not in the family. No one gave me the money - the finance is on a loan basis with a monthly interest payment.
A million quid per year from a hotel in Willingham… come oooooon. With 26 beds that means each bed needs to be making £38kPA (nightly rate £105 at 100% occupancy) 😅 LOA is cool but why inflate the figures so much

Yes- what you need is a trust fund, within that trust you want to whole permanent life insurance policy with two riders death benefit as well as cash value. Do not save that money in any savings account to put it into the whole life insurance policy premium. Below your trust, build a holdings company and out of that holdings company create 4-5 different LLCs. Just gives you the tax sheltering and appreciation method at least have one business that deals with real estate.
Love this What I have realized in my few years of being in property that the less hassle strategy you go with less profit you’ll make This guy is not going for secure income , 6month minimum stay which will give him 1500 profit He is not settling with this He is taking the hassle in using the property in short stay, more hassle , more risk but more profit as an outcome Property don’t work when you are lazy and you settle for the safe option You need to get out your comfort zone to be able to grow
At the end of the term you'd owe 84k not 75 also the refinance will require you keep 25k in so 100-84-25 Your money down is 9k unless you get that 50k propety a home report at 109. But then 25% will be 27.25 and not 25k. The more end value you get the more the refinance hold on to. I am not seeing a way that it can be no money down. Is it because when you borrow the 75k for the whole project your putting down 1/3 in cash instead of 1/4.. So by the end your 1/3 has seen more uplift than the remaining quarter requires left in the refinance
Forget real estate for a minute. Look at how this man has transformed himself! If you can transform your mindset the way Samuel has transformed his body then you’re winning already. ❤
