@@w.t.o.154 You click on a video with commentary in the title and complain that I'm talking over the episode. You're the idiot that doesn't know what a commentary means.
The Power Station performed "(Get It On) Bang A Gong" in the episode "Whatever Works" and Andy Taylor had his solo track "When The Rain Comes Down" on the episode "Stone's War" and it was TOTALLY turbular!!!
@@harveymcelroy9332 Hey Harvey, Thanks for checking out my video. I really appreciate all your support 🙏 I'm going to be launching a Patreon channel soon. Video requests will be for Patreon members only. I'll be uploading a new video on Saturday (if all goes according to plan). I have other things in the works for RU-vid right now as well. I hope you understand. I hope I continue to see you "first" in the comments 😉 Thanks again pal 👍
Great commentary man, I never missed a episode as a teen. I was always hoping to get a Silverhawks/Thundercats crossover, but it never happened. My favorite Thundercats episodes was the Safari Joe episode...lol. And the Garden Of Delights episode both were great, among many. The Pummra episode was good, maybe a Thundercats live action movie isn't meant to be. Now a Silverhawks live action movie seems more logical, having the whole sci- fi element in the film. But unfortunately Silverhawks is not as popular as Thundercats, so a film might not happen.
I really like the Safari Joe episode too. Too bad we never got a ThunderCats, SilverHawks and TigerSharks crossover. That would have been great. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts Terrence. I really appreciate it 🙏 and thanks for checking out my video 🤘
Bro! This isn't a new series! This series is 40 years old. If you click on video about a 40 year old show you've probably seen it alraedy. There's a moratorium on spoliers and I think a 40 year period is one hell of a wait. If you're worried about "spoilers" don't clik on a video relating to the thing you have not seen.
Flash Gordon 1980 is easily my all time favorite comic book movie. While there are good comic movies in the modern era: Dr. Strange, Logan, Tthe Dark Night - the best modern comic movies are too grounded, and do not convey a comic book feel. The comedy in modern comic movies is generally uneven, and those movies poorly paced, Deadpool as an example. It seems like the more money thrown at modern comic movies, the worse they have gotten - where the paycheck appeared to be the goal, not a labor of love pursuit of unified artistic creation. Many people see Flash Gordon 1980 merely as a lark or silly film. I see Flash Gordon as a rare gem, masterpiece - where all the people and parts combine into something far greater than the sum of their parts. The editing, music and pacing are brilliant. Everything fits, and Flash Gordon succeeds at the most important of film qualities: Entertainment. I truly believe that this movie will stand the test of time, and be loved in the distant future like we love The Wizard of Oz. love the video, it's a very fun watch
Thanks so much for checking out my video and for sharing your thoughts. I really appreciate you taking the extra time to to type out such a well thought out meaningful comment. 🙏👍 Long live Flash Gordon!
@@MADABOUTSUPERHEROESof course! your video was the perfect place to express those thoughts - also caught me on especially loquacious night, hence further reply

I loved the show. It gave more motive to the character than even the comics did at the time. It's sad that there are people who cannot appreciate it because they couldn't CGI the Hulk like they can now or because they had characterization instead of wall to wall action and fights. I read Kenneth Johnson interview about the first test screening of the pilot where they found it "booooring" but that was because most test screenings back then were a child audience. So he got them to do another screening where the majority of the audience had to be adults, many over thirty and at least half women. The results were they were shocked that a show with that name was so adult and with characters who felt like real people. To this day, I feel that the first episode of the second season, "Married", is the best story ever done with the Hulk in live action or CGI. Mariette Hartley, in fact, won her Emmy for that appearance.
As an adult I prefer character development and good story telling over CGI and action. As a kids we just want to see Banner Hulk out. Action and CGI are pointless if you don't care about the characters. The other Kenneth Johnson series I really like is V. Thanks so much for tuning in and for sharing your thoughts and trivia. I really appreciate it 🙏
It was Jack Kirby's idea about being born with mutant powers not Stan Lee. People need to stop thinking that Stan Lee was behind all of Marvel, He wasn't...Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko were the true master minds behind Marvel
Don't presume to know what I think. I'm more of a Kirby fan than I am of Stan Lee. I stated what Stan has said in many interviews. I believe it was a collaborative effort. Who's to say who contributed more or less. Neither you or me or anyone for that matter were present when the Marvel Universe was created. To state anything they say as fact when you weren't there to see it with your own eyes is ridiculous. Take a chill pill bub. Thanks for checking out my video. I appreciate it and I appreciate your comment. 🙏
It was a great story line and an awesome crossover with Cap. Thanks for checking out my video. I really appreciate it pal. Thanks for sharing your memories as well 🙏
the cars, the fashion, the women and the plots is what set this TV serie apart. Also Sonny Crockett choices of guns was pretty unique Bren Ten , later S&W 745 and later S&W 4506 but also detonics and S&W 629 in the boat is what made it special.
The best ever voice actor to lend their voice to the incredible hulk cartoons is none other than the late Bob Holt who provided the voice to 1982's Hulk. In fact his vocal performances were so great that they would go on to use reuse his stock Hulk roars for other animated characters throughout the 80s including Unicron the planet sized transformer in 1986's Transformers: The Movie
