I have i94 expired on July 2024, I have h1 approval latest which will expire on 2027. Can I go to Mexico for visa stamping ? Besides I have advance parole until 2029 and have ead as well until 2024 December? Am I safe to go to Mexico for visa stamping?
You are absolutely right - the calls and other apps all respond differently e.g. I tried voice recording for whatsapp - and the mic was picking up all background noise - despite while in recording it was very different.
Thanks a lot, i was planning to upgrade my pixel buds pro but after seeing several reviews it is obvious that mic on PBP2 is worse than on PBP1. So no point to waste my money
I agree - if a company is charging $250 - they should be atleast as good as the competitors. I'll keep them in radar though if they could improve on those factors mentioned
Got the pixel buds pro 1 and that sounded the best in my opinion. Good thing I didn't buy the pro 2 yet, it has too much echo. That's an issue I noticed it has. I still want to buy it, but hopefully they fix and make the quality, if not better, at least as good as the pro 1
My Visa due to expire 20th Nov’24 but PED already expired on Visa, however I’ve extended I-797/I-129S till Dec’25 L1 extension. I would like to travel Canada for fall holidays 5th-12th Oct. Is there any risk of re-entry in US via road boarder or denial at US boarder for re-entry. Appreciate your inputs as I’m bit skeptical to make decision to travel. Thank you 🙏 My existing I-94 already expired as they only issued as per PED 21Dec23.
I have valid h1b stamped and I want to go to Canada for 2-3 days by road . I don’t have Canadian visa and it’s urgent .. do I require a visa before entering Canada. Can you please reply asap ?
I have a question. Lets say you have a balance of 1000 dollar. I put the plan for 12 months but you pay it off within 6 month. Do i have to wait for the 12 month to have it reset. Or does that contract once you pay it off its done. Can you start a new payment plan on a 500 dollars for example.
Brother I have a question about L1-B visa My extension is done inside the US now I have extended l-129S and l797 my question is if I went Canada or back to India so do I need go for visa interview or I need to put passport in Dropbox how my visa stems will be done
Sorry brother but this was particularly intended for AVR, however as for your question, if you go back to India - you will need a valid visa to enter back - just your l-129S and/or l797 would not be sufficient. For Canada - its based on I94 - so you can do that without a new visa within 30 days. Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer and this is not a legal advice
Many congratulations :) Yes it does come with a car seat and yes it does come off - it also comes with the removable adapter you can use to fix the toddler seat in.
My question is, does Chase return that amount that was deducted into your credit card balance and then just start charging you the small amount on a monthly basis? Confused.
Good stuff man thanks for posting! I thought it was super useful how you read through the fine print with us.. or Moreso mulbling through it as quickly as possible LMAO. anyways good stuff! cheers to the common man!
I have an expired H1b stamp. But with renewed i797. Got denied trying to apply via eTA using visa. Can I use my (still) valid US tourist visa to apply for eTA?
Hello! I still dont understand how it works.. im coming to conclusion that i pay twice for one purchase. But it is not true i guess. But this system is hard to conceive. For example if i have total of 1000 credit card balance. Order something from Amazon costs 500. When i create My Chase Plan for that amount i still have 500 remaining available credit. And i pay monthly for my 500 purchase. I see it only that way 500 (single payment)+ 500(few payments) total i pay 1000 for my purchase instead of 500. Nobody can explain..sorry if my question is very stupid.
I am not very clear on the question but you do not pay twice at all. So if you have a lot of purchases of 1000 with no chase plan - you'd have to pay off that balance in full Example: you have a 1000 statement balance today - you make a purchase of 500 and put it on chase plan for 5 months (just as an example) Now on the next statement creation, you'll have to pay 1100. 1000 from the other purchcases and 100 from the chase plan. You'll be left with 400 in balance - which will incur a bill of 100 every month for the next 4 months assuming you dont make any other purchase
Hey - the stroller comes with a adapter which helps install the car seat For snapping in the toddler seat - you'd first have to remove those adapters Also, another way to try is to pull out the bottom snappers and try installing the toddler seat in that
Hi. Thanks for your video. I would like to ask if I need a new stamp on my visa that is expired but my I-20 is still valid. In this case I need a new visa or is good because my I-20 is still valid?
Hi, thank you for watching the video I am not sure about I20 - I have read about AVR being used with I94 only - I would suggest contacting the USCIS and consulting a lawyer.
hi, i have a question, ex my current balance is 5000$, thats included 1500$ MCP. If i only pay Interest Saving Balance in this month, so 3500$ for the rest of my current balance, will they charge me interest for that in next month or no?
They would not Also, if the 3500 was charged in the current cycle - then your next interest saving balance statement would be 3500+(whatever the installment is on the 1500) Hence lets say the installment was 100 - your interest saving balance for the next billing cycle would be $3600.
I was just looking at my statement and seen this on one of my purchases and came to youtube for a better understanding.. u hit the mark . Nice fast and I understood . It was on a 117.00 dollar purchase . But still good to know thank u so much. And I do see that u replied to everyone . That's also a plus for me liking and giving my attention to a youtuber . Most don't interact
Hi, i am on H1 and meet the criteria you mentioned, but my Wife is on H4 and her I94 admit date is expired(nov 2023) but have valid i539 till 2026. Question I have is can we use Automatic Revalidation with expired I94 ? Thanks much
Not a legal advice but with an expired I94 this could be a problem. I believe you can file an extension for her i94 though. If you have already gone through something by now - do share here so that the audience and myself can learn as well.
Hi - i have stamped visa till July 2023 in my passport, now have valid i797 till 2026. can i go to mexico border and re-enter usa to get my i94 updated?
Not a legal advice. If your i94 is valid then you can In most cases the border officer would not update your i94. However, you can request and get it updated.
Hi, I read somewhere that it is not recommended to get AVR from the land border. Do you have any take on that? We consider to cross from Niagara border as we'll be nearby the area. Any advice is much appreciated..
Can you travel to your home country with this AVR stamp on your passport? I guess yes as I see 2 travel records after 2022-04-15.If yes how was your experience with fligt careers and CBP ?
Hi , your video is so useful. I have doubt . I have expired visa and expired i94 coz I travel recently to my native country with old visa . But I have valid i797 from i94, which I mean bottom of the i797 form
If you have an expired visa and an expired i94 - I would suggest you get your i94 updated from US airport first. Also, i797 is a petition letter which is company's. For L1 cases you have an i129s - which can be used to get your i94 extension filed.

Hi! So my current credit card balance is $959.40, remaining balance is $913.34 and my Interest Saving Balance is $534.39. I'm making 6 month payment plans on a $378.95 purchase. I always pay my card in full but if I only pay my ISB, I will not be charged an APR? (When I made the plan it said no monthly fee or interest to the payments). I'm just confused where the $534.39 is coming from since that's more than my purchase and not the 6th month increment payment?
The $534.39 is the Current Balance on the card ($913.34) minus your monthly payment of $378.95. Your remaining MCP outstanding balance is still in your card's balance. So by paying the Interest Saving balance amount, you're essentially paying your statement balance excluding your outstanding MCP balance.
Dude I have some questions, did you get some visa or paperwork for the AVR? (technically they are issuing another visa or the extension of the expired one) and 2 after doing the AVR can you go to other countries diferent than Canada and Mexico. Thanks
