I have loved Korean food since I was young.
Soy sauce is made by hand and the sauce is used to make various dishes as well as seasonal foods.
When it came to anything related to Korean food, I did not hesitate to learn, challenge, and experience.
With that experience, I was able to open a small restaurant.
But Dishes using traditional methods It was a foreign food to people who are used to ramen, pasta, and steak these days.
So, I compromised little by little with the world by mixing elements that the public would like.

‘Is it okay as it is?, What kind of Korean food do I want?’

I decided to get away from the city and make proper Korean food in the small countryside again.
We will put the forgotten taste and aroma of traditional Korean food on the table.
‘Inho ne’ is what my grandmother and mother used to do in the old days.
This is a space containing my story of challenging to preserve the taste at that time.
