Mine is great!! And all my mates, so your over emphasising , and wrong, its the best luxury car to travel in , sure its costly Maintance, but that comes with the territory
Manufacturers have decided that luxury is about comfort, prestige and style. Reliability is not important. They reason that if you have money for expensive cars, the cost of maintaining them should be peanuts to you.
Range Rovers appeal to shallow minded status seekers. The manufacturers could not care less about reliability because costly maintenance is just another lucrative income stream. People that buy them have more money than sense and the costs mean nothing to them.
I drive a 3,5 yrs old Volvo V60 Cross Country. After 2 years from new its 2.0 disel engine had to be replaced after just 70.000 km. All cars having issues. The more electronics you have built in ir the more complications.. means more problems..
I drove recalls everywhere in London and outside of it, most cars I was delivering: Land Rovers, BMW's and Mercs, of course there were other brands but these were constant. They are comfy and look great but crazy expensive to maintain.
My brother bought brand new from the lot back in 2021 and well well well. After 3 months later, that POS went to sht with all sort of Censor failure and supercharger. I told his ass to trade it back in for a Toyota corolla, still running till this day with only an oil change.
What if the "unreliability" tag is used to gatekeep ownership? If it was as reliable as perhaps a land cruiser, it would be a very common car owned by every Tom, Dick and Harry. The claims of unreliability makes it an option for a very small clique of owners globally. No matter how unreliable it is tagged, it will still attract attention of the high end target market.
2015 GL63 AMG saved me from the Land Rover Range Rover Nightmare..... I almost got myself a 2015 Autobiography but my love for Mercedes-Benz conquered........The Best or Nothing the Tri Star is the best 💪👌
That's wild bro I got a 2010 range rover autobiography it's so nice I love it and I'm actually buying a amg Mercedes next so I got two rides it looks like we think alike lol
But even if the cars are gutted….wouldnt the tracker be able to track it to the last place it was? So they couldn’t take it to their base? Do they gut it in a field or something?
I don’t understand why people blur license plates in adverts anyway 😂

They are very badly designed and built. They are a living example of what destroyed British Leyland / Rover. My abiding memory is of a brand new Range Rover being collected from the dealership, driven onto the motorway and breaking down within 15 miles.
