Even though its Yellow, Blue, Red I still think that since both Yellow and Red have Yield signs, they should Yield to blue, while Blue only goes through after ensuring its safe to do so because Blue is the only vehicle without a Yield sign. So while law says one thing, I think that Blue has right of way since others have yield signs. I also think that this is something that very well could vary by each state. This is similar in law to the the left turn lane laws regarding right of way. Let's say Blue Car is in left turn lane with a Green Arrow. And Yellow car is approaching intersection and has a Red light. If the Yellow car fails to stop at the stop sign, and RUNS the red light while the Blue car is turning under Green Arrow, the Yellow car still has Right of Way since they aren't turning. It's stupid, but it's the way it works in IL. Turning vehicles must yield to straight vehicles, even when straight vehicles have a red light and the turning vehicle has a green arrow.
In this case, Blue Car should have double checked since Red Car was likely close enough to the intersection to have waited. Just because you CAN make a right on red does not mean that you MUST make a right on red. Though yes, I would have slowed down and honked my horn since that was a very dangerous maneuver.
D) Depends on how we got here. If the truck was here first, it's obvious blue car is at fault. If blue car was there first, I would say both have some fault if only because Blue Car should have made their right turn quicker so the truck has the room to maneuver... and the truck should have waited for the blue car to turn. Any cars coming into that intersection should see the truck trying to make a turn and given clearance.
The rule of right goes first makes sense, because it is quicker for the vehicle on the right to clear the vehicle on the left than it is for the vehicle on the left to clear the vehicle on the right
Right of way rule exists in Europe too and I've always thought it just shouldn't. Especially when it exists in places where one of the intersecting roads is naturally much faster than the other and yet the cars arriving at higher speed still need to stop for the slower ones to enter.
Who arrived and hopefully STOPPED at the Uncontrolled Intersection First? That One would have the Right of Way. If 2 or more arrived at the Same Time, then the One on the Right would have the Right of Way A Complete Stop seems to be Rare these Days

You gave it away by only having one option for the truck being the last to turn. (Yellow, blue then truck or blue yellow then truck) we all know truck automatically comes last, but after which car can be tricky
My guess was 4. EDIT: And I was wrong. I didn't know about that right-hand rule. I know that turning left must yield to someone ahead of you going straight. However, I did not know that right-hand rule.
Question for Kendrick. In Florida, U-turns are legal and very common. I have always thought that the vehicle making the Legal u-turn has the right of way over someone making a right on red. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Does this test even apply to US roads? Every little intersection either has 2 stop signs or 4. These type of intersections are only seen in 3rd world countries where you drive without rules anyway.
You know Kendrick, passing the driving test is the easy part. The hard part is driving on roads shared by others as there is a psychological aspect involved (i.e. mental and emotional state) of drivers, and the more drivers the more difficult or dynamic the vehicular endeavor becomes.
Actually, passing the road test it's not that easy because you can get really nervous and do things wrong you wouldn't usually do. Your other point is not incorrect.
I agree with @NEbluefire. You can make an analogy for example with sports: the more often you practice and train, the more skills you get and the more confident you feel. It's the same in driving
3. The two yield signs are the clue. Red Semi Truck and Pink Car must yield to oncoming traffic (i.e. Blue Supply Truck). Next, Red is going straight so he has right of way over the Pink which is turning left.
