My wife and I love riding our recumbent trikes and this channel is all about our rides, our trikes, and our gear. Our goal is to grow the popularity of this segment of the cycling community.
Just want to thank you for continuing to keep your recumbent trike tours on RU-vid. My husband is on his third round of chemotherapy. He’s had two surgeries to remove cancers that had blocked his colon. His last CT scan showed the remaining trace of cancer has either reduced in size or not gotten any larger. We are home most of the time I had knee replacement surgery 5 months ago and have been riding my stationary recombinant trike for therapy. My husband rides it as well for exercise. We put the laptop in front of our trike with one of your tours on it. It is almost like being there with y’all on the rides. It lifts our spirits and makes the exercise enjoyable. I wanted you to know that you are a blessing to us and I’m sure many other people. May God bless you and comfort you and your family. Elaine Swaim Climax, N C
:) your music makes me feel like i'm at a night club and i have had too much to drink.. LOL other than that, the ride was lovely.. lean back, pedal forward friends..
Question... Editing, how did you do your editing? Did you film per day and then edit, Or..did you film your whole tour and then edit it all when you got back home? How much did you film per day, and so on? I have absolutely no experience in making videos; but I want to for my trike tours.
Great looking trail! If the Valor Games resumes this Spring I’ll bring my Adventure HD along with the P4Max Basketball 🏀 Wheelchair and ride this trail.😎🐸
Sometimes I lament that we need more cycling locally so that the trails would get more support... then I see how crowded other trails are and I appreciate the solitude... will I ever be happy?
These trikes look like blast to ride. I had a total ankle replacement surgery recently and need to find an alternative way to exercise. Having other disabilities for years has been cause for watching expenses closely. That said if anyone is considering trading in or selling your trike I’d sure appreciate the opportunity to buy it and joining the tribe thanks, Paul. pmjs1955@@hotmail.com
Nice video. I rode in the Triangle area and New Bern, NC for ten years, but never took a bike to Charlotte (a city I really like). Makes going back from Nashville a real bucket list item to ride that Little Sugar Creek GW. You answered one question I have been thinking about. I ride a Catrike 559 that I got mainly for the foldability which I have only done once since I got it. I carry it in the bed of my Ranger. While I like the 559, I also do longer rides and I will test ride an Expedition soon. I have also looked at that hitch and while $500 is a bit much if I get ride of my pickup, it will be well worth adding to an SUV.
Bruce Thompson thanks for watching the video. This was last year and we no longer ride Expeditions. My wife rides an ICE Sprint X FS 26 and I ride an HP Velotechnik Scorpion FS 26. We no longer put ride videos up here but have posted all of our recent videos on the BentRider Nation channel. I also have a popular Facebook Group by that same name. I hope that you’ll check it out. Thanks again!
Bruce Thompson we ride in the Nashville area a couple of times a year. We were just on a ride in Murfeesboro three weeks ago. Hope to ride with you sometime.
@@BentRiderNation That would be great. I'm a member of the Middle TN Recumbent Trike group but haven't had a chance to meet up with them on a ride. They seem to be based in Murfreesboro primarily. They had a ride scheduled today but I had commitments.
John Schmit, Let people ride how they want. You are not the standard to which people are graded by. The very fact that you graded him shows that you are a either a control freak, or a narcissist; or both.
I just got my Catrike Villager today. Can't wait to get some miles on it. Are there any other recumbent riding clubs is Southern Wisconsin ?? I'd love to find someone to ride with.
