Ultraman is the son of Godzilla, seriously; the creator of Ultraman Eiji Tsubaraya also did the effects for Godzilla, the monster costumes recycled many of the Godzilla franchise costumes
More like the younger half-brother considering they were both the product of Eiji Tsuburaya's collaboration with other creators, but yeah, that's the gist of it.

Tokusatsu fans when it comes to any other weird toku heroes: " We love it " Tokusatsu fans when Ultraman: " I don't vibe with weird-cool stuff " Ultraman relation with toku fans is like that of toxic modern women and a good guy. They keep saying they want a good guy in their life, but when one presented to them they reject him because " You are too good for me " and then proceed to get in a relationship with a toxic guy. TsuPro out there pampering their fans and looking out for them, but Tokufans decided that Toei is worth to be loved despite (allegedly) don't care about the foreigner fans. Anyway, if you want to start the ultraman rabbit hole, i recommend Ultraman Gaia. It's one of the more serious Ultra series that, in my opinion, the one that kick started the whole thing about " Are Kaiju all the same, evil creatures that need to be eradicated? Or they are just as precious as all other sentient life? ". Then, if you want to watch the old showa series, i recommend you to watch Ultraman Mebius first. Mebius is the modern sequel to the Showa timeline, since the other ultra heishei before mebius mostly take place in their own universe not continuation of the original timeline. In mebius you can familiarize yourself with the older ultraman first before dive in to their respective series.
Might not be popular opinion but I actually dislike Emi in the beginning as I think it overtook Ultraman main spotlight but gradually she grow on me in the movie as it adds a deeper layer to the ultra series which always focus on the monster fight. If I can do it differently though I would want Ken's first ultraman appearance to be different, just for the sake of originality and that on top of his baseball career he actually messed up in his first foray as Ultraman. Only with Emi's influence then he improved and eventually during the scene with his dad, he gave all of his remaining power ala Almight to Ken and he transformed to how he actually look in this movie
There are so many things that could be improved adding voice acting is the last concern imo. Game could use a difficulty setting since it's not so hard.
Also some features like secret bases being brought back. Dunno it just feels like the new games give up on pretty cool previous content just to add some more or less wanted thing. Also maybe adding some features that the people wanted for a long time like one Pokémon following you around outside the pokebal on the map if you want to.
I am proud of myself for becoming a fan of the Ultraman series. I just completed watching the first half of Dyna, but this animated flick is worth watching.
I got into fnaf when sister location dropped (I was born 2013) and the music videos and my first was the one where it started with a person introducing the animatronics
When I was a kid, I used to liked Ultraman a lot. I even make a huge doodle, like huge huge (about 6 feet? I had to climb our sofa to make that doodle) on the wall with crayons. With time though, my love for Ultraman kinda dissipates, I didn’t even remember anything about Ultraman. When this movie got recommended to me, I tried to watch it for the nostalgia. Turns out, it reignited my love for Ultraman, and I cannot be prouder of my younger self to choose Ultraman as my childhood hero
Honestly, the Assassin's creed franchise hasn't lost its identity. The fanbase has. Used to be filled with a lot of people like me waiting for the next Ac game. Filled with eximent. Now they're just all whinny little entitled children. And if they dont get one thing their way, its the end of the world.
