Are the birds included in the sale ? The price is not based in reality. The very small rooms, massive amount of steep stairs, the speratic layout, for 3 beds n 2 baths without a terrace or garden. Unrealistic price.
The price is insane. The house is disjointed, and needs a lot of work to bring out possible charm. And then ALL THOSE STEPS. This is not a precious work of art. The town looks lovely, but is it dying? Where do you park the car for €420,000? How far do you have to walk for groceries? Let's get real. This is Abruzzo, not Florence.
@@KJ_nyc Reading that there are "a lot of work" makes me smile, forgive me. The owner has a smart and parks near the house, I think you can also see the car in the video. We are not in Florence, yes, and maybe you have a bad idea of Abruzzo and I'm sorry about that!
I want to add some important information for future comments. I info: it is a medieval village. The car is not part of these contexts. I understand that cars are convenient, but living in a medieval village has its charm precisely because of its unique characteristics. Narrow, cobblestone streets, often pedestrian-only, historical architecture and atmospheres that take us back in time. These are places designed to be experienced on foot, where the tranquility and beauty of the landscape outweigh modern speed and convenience. If you're looking for a home in a medieval village, part of the experience is leaving the car outside the center and enjoying a walk through history and nature. II info: it is a property from the 1400s!!! III info: the technical expertise before the works, therefore no seismic and energy intervention, with the roof, systems, all in a dilapidated state, was €200,000. I hope I have given useful information to everyone...
@@saradicensoimmo Cara Sara, Per favore non fraintendermi. I hope the owner finds a special buyer who is willing to pay more than the asking price. You mention cars and a medieval village. I agree with your premise. However, the main piazza is filled with cars and trucks, not adding to the charm. Nobody enjoys feeling trapped or restricted anymore. People may desire the charm of a medieval village, but nobody wants to go back to the inconveniences of that time. I'm sure the owner has special permission to park a car. I don't think new buyers (especially foreigners) would get that privilege. I'm confident the owner spent a lot of time, money, and love to make this home as special as possible. But many of the electrics are not buried in the walls, possibly because of restrictions. Taking on a historical property in Italy is not for the faint of heart, especially at this price point. I wish the owner and you good luck.
Sara this home is amazing, with unique features that adds to its charm. The views are stunning and the room’s are beautiful, it’s everything anyone could ask for in an Italian home.

Did you show the lounge area. I saw a corner of the what looked like a leather couch or chair but didn't see the entire room unless i missed something.
Bellasima casa. It is a very good price for this house. Is the furniture come with the price? And I would like to know what is the retangular bricks and metal in front of the house? Love your video. 😍
@@alaindeshaies817 not all the furniture is included. the kitchen for sure. also a bedroom. we will talk about this later during the negotiation phase! for the question about the outside, that's where is the window that gives light to the basement
Beautiful location, but you'd need a creative geometra to make/design the spaces more liveable. Natural light is a requirement for me. The cellar is perfect for a bedroom, small bathroom, and kitchenette for visiting family or friends. Thank you, Sara.
I love this house. Just the right size and modifications can be made piecemeal, as it's very liveable in its current state. Another great showing. Thank you, Sara, for the beautiful music along with the viewing. You have some good and affordable properties in your portfolio.
Beautiful home, and a lot of land that will require management (but not for me)! I like how you start the introduction in Italian (which I'm trying to understand), and then follow up with the translation. Grazie mille 😊
This is an amazing home, the kitchen is beautiful, the bedrooms are large and the outside space is wonderful. Everything is done just move in, perfect for a young family.
Can you let me know if this house is still available? I have been trying to get in touch with you on Idealista and am not sure if you are getting the messages.❤. I am vacationing in Italy at this time and would love to talk to you about this house, before we leave.
If this was a holiday rental I would want my money back. how the heck are you supposed to get into the bathroom>> , the kitchen dining etc is all very badly designed as if they whole thing is , "throw it in " complete waste
@@gitakahn4993 you probably have no idea what it means to live in a historic center of a characteristic town. You can see a recent construction outside the historic center!
I love how you show the drive up and the walk towards the property. It gives a much better feel for the position in the area. For me I would like that you look out EVERY window. So you get the good and the bad. .I also like that you say everything in Italian first followed by English. It keeps me learning your language. Keep up the good work.
This one ticks all the boxes for me and I would buy it if I was able at the moment. I can walk to town, no major stairs to climb, room for guests, a beautifully tiled, neutral bathroom just begging for some colorful towels, a gorgeous view and a level terrace area out front. Even though red is not one of my preferred colors, the kitchen is so nicely done, I wouldn't change it. I'm hoping to be able to buy in six months to a year from now and I really like the properties you show us.
OmG The top floor is what I love the most, I can see the potential so clear. honestly downstairs is great too. that is the first kitchen I would not rip out. Incredible property. How is public transport in this town, are they frequent bus services?
