Don't apologize for your pronunciation. Your English is superb and I have no problem understanding you. The entrance arch, decorations and the door is spectacular. The living area is surprisingly large and the sound of the birds singing is so lovely and soothing. Needs very little work. Removing the paneling should be quite easy and a kitchen is not that expensive. The pantry is a nice bonus. The bedrooms are sunny and I see no leaks. Overall, a very nice property and the price is very low for the size. Someone is going to get a bargain. Wish it was me!
Your English is very good! I love to hear the birds, too--where I live I only hear Crows and Starlings. This will be SO cute with a little bit of work. I like that it is on one level, for when I get old. I wish I was really ready to retire now. The view is beautiful. What a treasure. Watching these property tours helps motivate me to work hard and save, plus they make me happy. Thank you.
Hello Sara, your english is wonderful, we enjoy your videos. This is a nice property for the price in a great community. To bad about all the wall panelling. :)
The wall paneling will be ridiculously easy to remove. It wouldn't prevent me from buying it. Think of how much brighter the living area will be once the paneling is gone, any damaged plaster repaired and a fresh coat of paint. A living area that large is very rare in homes of this size and price point.
I have to improve but if I don't try it will never improve! In my agency there is an official translator anyway :) I'm well supported! Thank you for the comment.
I saw this property before on another channel last year and I was all for it and I thought someone bought it cause it was not on his listed properties any longer. I am so excited to see it is still available.
I was under the impression that you did not speak English so fool me. You should narrate all of your videos in English and also do so throughout the tour in describing things. Best one you have done and a good deal there thank you. 👍🏻
👍❤️❤️❤️ all except the paneling throughout👎and not habitable due to no kitchen. Why do Italians take the whole kitchen when they move or sell the home?
There is a habit of dismantling kitchens and reassembling them in the new house! 🥴 I am convinced that a kitchen should be born and die where it is first placed. In any case, it is possible to put a linear kitchen: there are some cheap brands at only €900! The wooden covering is easily removed.
Not only Italians, it is the same (mostly) in Germany. Either you pay extra for the kitchen to stay in Germany or it is taken out by the previous owners! As Sara writes, a new one can be bought cheaply. I personally love the wood panelling.
