0:05 That be fighting talk 😂😂😂 Seems like a decent cart And if you have some issues with a couple of games I don't really see that as a problem it's been a cheap cart and all , Here's some recommendation for games to play, Golden Axe 1 and 2, Streets of rage 1 and 2, All the sonic games, Road rash 1 and 2, Land stalker, Desert strike, All the Disney games, OG FIFA, Out Run, Columns, Mean bean machine, James pond Robo Cod 😂, There's just a few to get you started
🤣 I thought I'd try to trigger people as soon as possible! I'll definitely check out those games. I love Aladdin, and Lion King, as well as the Road Rash games. Thanks for the suggestions! I'm really looking forward to checking the cart out. There's a lot I missed. Thanks for watching Marc!🏴
I will say there are definitely better ones than grey however this was amazing to check out on the PSP! You absolutely should check out some of the fan made games though for sure they're a ton of fun
The SoC inside is a bit old for dc, psp. That's a quad core A7, don't expect miracles. An A53 at same freq will outperform it easily. Still ordered one for 30€ bcz i love the small form factor. About ps1 you should try pcsx rearmed, 99.9% will run full speed. It even runs full speed on a single core snapdragon s2, 2012 htc desire hd. I believe with some tinkering it could run some simpler psp games too in standalone ppsspp (if that's an option).
Yeah it's a fun little for factor. I'm hoping the next iteration that comes out will provide a chipset that will be able to handle PSP and Dreamcast. Is such a shame because I heard that the systems were coming out for the A30 so I thought that they would have put a chipset in there to handle it. Fingers cross the next one that comes out will be better.
As odd as it is, it's actually just as fun as the original which is great. Pokémon Grey was so much harder than it needed to be unfortunately but if you can give it a go I'd say it's a unique experience checking out even for the novelty.
Dislikes is now disabled by default on standard RU-vid. The only way you can view them is through 3rd party addons. You can't just disable dislikes on its own either, you can only hide both dislikes and likes.
1. It's cheaper than the X7 and most Krizz EDs. 2. It's open source, which means the community can expand on it, and gives more options for the N64 flashcart consumer. 3. It's designed with devs in mind, possibly further expanding the library and decomps. 4. It is as powerful as the x7, more powerful than earlier models, and again, cheaper. Seems like a lot of things that could go against the Everdrive.
Cave story is great, Nice to see Minecraft running on it But my top pick has to be PT, Nice one some decent games have been ported, I hope you having a wonderful weekend
I've never played through cave story but it was a fun title to play, definitely going to go back to it. PT was great! I never got the chance to check it out when it dropped on the PS4 so I'm glad I got to have a go through the psp. It apparently run the same as the original. There are a ton of ports for Minecraft but this particular one seemed to run very well and blows my mind how they were able to achieve it. Thanks for checking out the video and hope you have a great weekend too!
The only thing that could pry me away from the everdrive line of products is a better menu with background wallpapers.. i dont see any background wallpaper feature..
That's fair. If you already have the Everdrive, there's no point getting something similar, since functionality is also similar.. It's good to have the option for people who are new to flashcarts, and deciding what to get.
@@DReviewTing Not unless you are a dev, or you want to send ROMs directly from your PC instead of storing them on sdcard. Also the NES/SNES/GB/GBC emulation is pretty good, though I can't see preferring it over other solutions for those games. The same flashcart menu the Summercart uses can also be run on the Everdrive 64. I haven't tried that yet to see if I prefer one cart over the other in an apples to apples comparison. TBF, my Everdrive 64 predates the "x7" model so I'm not sure if my two carts are even a fair comparison.
Sorry, I posted my message the first time in French. The PicoBoot is my favorite method. On the other hand, to fix the card, I print a bracket to install it near the fan. For the connection, I solder a piece of UDMA ribbon cable. On a GameCube, installing a 40 mm Noctua and, if possible, an adapter for the Digital AV out port are also very useful. I forgot, but a BlueRetro adapter is just a great gift for any old console.
That's OK! I translated it, bur didn't have time to respond earlier. I love the PicoBoot, and definitely going to give the GC some more love. I've done the blueretro mods for PS, and N64, but not yet to the GC. Also, looking at the Digital output adapter too. Really get it going! Thanks for watching, and commenting! I greatly appreciate it!
Hey man! I believe the issue with your ribbon cable is you soldered down both the VSYS-5V pin AND the 3.3v pin. You're only supposed to do one or the other, and in the case of the ribbon cable, only 3.3v because you can't really place a schottky diode in line. Hope this helps!
Aww man, I didn't realise that! I remember reading about the diode. I thought I only had the 3.3 and the GND soldered in. Thanks for that man. Also, when I removed the pico2, I stripped 2 pads off the ribbon. So that didn't help either haha. Thanks again!
@@DReviewTing ah dang, ribbon cables are pretty fragile haha and don't actually feel that bad, I took a lil time to google the ribbon cable (I typically just use color coded wires), and I noticed there isn't even a 5v trace 😅😅🤣 so not actually too sure what went wrong with the ribbon cable, maybe some trace inside it broke 🤔
@XenXenOfficial I think if I used a rp2040 first, rather than the 2350, it probably would have worked. I imagine they aren't made to be heated again, and again. Cost 4eur, and that was including a pico, so probably not thr most durable construction haha
@@DReviewTing ahhhh yeah, then with the added issue of ripping off the pads you weren't really able to test it again with a rp2040 😅 welp! I'm sure the developer is probably peeking into the issue or whatever, maybe some function or whatever isn't available anymore and causing an issue haha I'm sure he'll figure it out 👍
Eu comprei uma versao no Aliexpress que vem com 2 raspbery soldado na placa e no anuncio informa que tem a funcao de salvamento, como coloco o salve no cartucho?
What is the file reading software you are using to read/view all your files? Mine are opening with a blank doc, saying it needs software to be viewed but FileVoyager is apparently not the solution. Thank you for the tutorial!
Hi! Thank you, I hope it was somewhat useful 😃 I'm not sure exactly what you mean. I use 7zip, and NotePad++. Can you give me a time stamp in the video, and I can try to be more specific? Thanks for watching 😃
@@DReviewTing It is the Icon that appears next to all of your game files and downloaded files. It’s hard to tell from the video but it looks like two green arrows?
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm definitely still learning myself, and based on some of the comments, I got away lucky with it 😅 Thanks for watching!
I cringe a lot less because those donors seem to mostly be things that are still being manufactured, so it's not like there would have been any reduction in needed supply anyways. Still, I like that you stated that as it can get rather frustrating watching people destroy perfectly good hardware that's out of production for something stupid.
I definitely appreciate that. I tried to repair the megadrive psu, but figured I'd have to replace capacitors in the end, and I didn't want to chance that, haha. The cable for the snes/nes was a generic power cable for an old router, haha. But aye, I'm definitely not ripping apart something works to get the same result in the end haha.
@@DReviewTing I'm personally on the fence in terms of destructive mods for things like HDMI output being swapped for the original outputs, it's other people's stuff so they can do what they like, but at least it largely maintains the ability to use the unit for it's intended purpose rather than for something stupid like book ends.
Okay I know summer car is 64 works but the one game truly I want to see work and I know it has a hard time working is banjo and kazooie now this game has some rips with in it It has some weird things going on with it so I was wondering if you could do it just a short intro on that how to fix that or if it's just a rom problem
@@DReviewTing it's the beginning of the game after the game loads into the actual gameplay where he's actually on the field and I'm picking up like the honeycombs and then go on up the hill It starts to be like pinkish pixelated and I tried various systems is Windows and then my new ASUS z97-ws It may be a little older but it's still runs new and modern games just as you just pull it out the box basically
@yellow.thunder6912 🤐 haha. I'll look in to it, and get back to you. I was looking for some challenging games for it to run. Mario Kart, and RE2 ran with no issues.
Dang, I just ordered a 3000 and was going to use it as a regular ass PSP but this is making me second think that. Haven't modded anything in a while so I might check out some more stuff!
Me gustan muchísimo este tipo de cosas de echo tengo un monton de consolas y acada una le tengo un flashcard, acabo de pedir uno de estos por Aliexpress.
Hey, I just did the RGH mod on one of my Trinity boards and yeah, it took me a few tries to get it all up and running correctly. I basically had to learn to solder to attempt this! I appreciate in your video that you highlight some of the things that can go wrong with the process!
I'm delighted you got it up and running! Aye, I'm still very much a novice when it comes to this, and wanted to highlight what I had issues with. Glad it was helpful! I hope you have it loaded with Games now too haha! Thanks for watching!
This place looks and sells fantastic And 25 quid Is a great price As you can play everything as much as you want, Sounds like you had a wonderful time have A awesome weekend mate
Hope you have a great weekend too!! It was incredible... I miss arcades so much. This place had a great vibe and really was worth the visit! Also thanks for checking out the video
Btw I loved the little history & education section of this place as well! So cool to see all the inner workings of pinball and an original pong machine
Those gbsc converter are from different sellers. Basically, there are standard model including scart, rgbs rca and vga input; the other type is added S and CVBS singals. The strength is able to use adaptive motion tech with very cheap price. Very worthy to try.
