Do you have a double wide module? Basically two space capsule prefab home locks together to create a two-person living unit. Just ship two of them separately to a larger location and assemble them together. Or a double double, create a 1400 sq ft home with an additional top balcony with small top, BBQ grill. so it can be configure to A. 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 1 kitchen, 1 dinning/guest room, 1 x laundry room. B. 2 bedroom, 2 baths, 1 kitchen/dinning, 1 x laundry, 1 office area.
What about the sewer system and water supply also will it be enough with panels alone to supply daily electricity, with or without electro car, how is it attached and is there any requirements, also will it be warm enough in -20 degree celsius?

tiny houses like this needs more options to bring down costs & add enjoyment. 3 elements in my opinion are a small covered porch. have it built to run front to back of the lot & start with a small covered porch which allows entry without standing in the elements. Then enter a big windowed kitchen off the porch. it will make for more privacy if you put the living room in back with big windows again to look out at the back garden. I would put bathroom & laundry on either side of a hallway that leads to the great room in back. Small houses traditionally put the living room in front with no privacy away from a drafty front door. this house is a fishbowl. big windows in the front kitchen then high windows all around brings in all the natural light & lots of privacy without the use of window treatments. you see rooftops & tree tops instead of abandoned cars.
This thing is the size of an RV but costs more than twice as much. It should be $30-40k max otherwise it's pointless to spend that much money on such a tiny living space. It looks cool and all but that price is just ridiculous.
This looks like a scam. This is the only real picture of the house and there is no person's face on camera. It's just a random pipe being unscrewed. LOL, figure out the "craning service" on your own but you might need a video to show you how to unscrew a generic connector? Pipe is just floating 1m off the ground, no suggestion for that?
