Do you have a double wide module? Basically two space capsule prefab home locks together to create a two-person living unit. Just ship two of them separately to a larger location and assemble them together. Or a double double, create a 1400 sq ft home with an additional top balcony with small top, BBQ grill. so it can be configure to A. 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 1 kitchen, 1 dinning/guest room, 1 x laundry room. B. 2 bedroom, 2 baths, 1 kitchen/dinning, 1 x laundry, 1 office area.

Hmm. Comparing this to the boxabl is difficult. Much more modern futuristic design. But the lack of appliances, and smaller appliances is kinda disappointing (mini fridge instead of actually fridge.) Also on top of no true living room instead sacrificing that for an extra bedroom is a poor design. This isn't suitable for a family. These should be made with couples and singles in mind instead or atleast a version for them in mind, considering if this was for a single or couple that second bedroom wouldn't get the use out of it unlike a living room (usually where most of my time is spent anyways. On top of all that, it just looks like a luxury camper. If I was to get one I'd want to turn the second room into a gaming/living room but that would be difficult and have be spending even more on something that's already cost more than a boxabl. The central a/c is nice though. P.S. So I just looked up the 2X and it literally fixes most of the issues I have with this one here but holy cow the price difference is crazy! I could get a nice condo I'm the nicest city in my state for around the price this thing costs lol. Very futuristic though, which I like but I wonder if that little gimmick would get old quick or not. Also what would I do if something malfunctioned. It is a smart home. Not alot of people that you can hire to that would have the credentials to fix anything that were to stop working cause of the smart features. Idk cool stuff though none the less
