To our surprise and disappointment, when we sought assistance from GO Car Rentals, we were told that we would be charged around €500 for assistance. So, to start the process was 12,500 ISK, and then 85600 ISK for the assistance to come. This situation is completely unacceptable, especially considering that we were only assisted after making the required payment. I emphasize that during our trip, we followed all necessary precautions, avoiding F-roads and closed roads, demonstrating our commitment to safety. Additionally, we opted for premium + insurance as a precautionary measure to deal with eventualities during our trip. However, we were surprised by this undue charge, which profoundly damaged our experience during the trip. I would like to point out that as consumers we expected a higher level of customer service and support in times of need. Just one small translation error: @2:12 to bathe naked is not using the shower before entering the pool - that is washing or showering naked which is possibly embarrassing but not unusual. The meaning of bathing naked is to enter the pool without a swimsuit, which is much more embarrassing and I'm quite sure that it is not a rule because we see the bathers in their swimsuits!

Hi! I am wondering if in sumer you do get south swells from southern hemisphere winter storms, here in azores islands we do, I ever wonder if those waves keep moving twoards north and reach you , I hope so :-)
