I'm Erst and I create content related to EvE Online over at twitch.tv Occasionally I do upload past streams I deem worthy and add a table of contents for easy access. If there's new events in EvE, I intend to release guides in a timely fashion :-)
I hope you realize that if you loaded the ancil, therefore not cooking the DDA, you could have done t6 in the ishtar. You needed like 3 sec more time. Cheers!
Yeah like 45 minutes wait until you get in game. I was not this patient last time. I think I would not wait again to be honest. I wait for the the full version when this should not be issue, but who knows.
Why not take a filament-fit Gila or VNI in to deal with the incoming fighters while mining? You wouldn't have to focus so much on logi when the ships don't exist anymore.
Oh man didn’t know you have all your streams on YT 😂 thanks! Vohlos Quick edit regarding Ai voices. Even the standard windows edge browser auto text to sprach is remarkably well spoken! I use it to listen to Eve chronicles sometimes. Apparently it’s also Ai powered.
Was a hard cut. And I was about to start the event and explore it a bit deep. But now goal is to get the 600 points for the Stormbringer SKIN. Already lost so many isk or invested them in Ships I am not going to use in the future. Disappointed from this event tbh,.
Forgive me if someone else said this after the 2.5h mark - in addition to Enter to loot all, you need not use that multi-level right-click context menu to tag wrecks - you can simply hold the number key on keyboard while clicking the target! Edit: I should have waited another 5 minutes... tag them "1" if your hand is over there?
What mic is that you're using? Looks a lot like an EV RE20, but not quite. Your voice is decent for a stream. Don't overthink or over-worry it. Of course you can always improve it, or alter it the way you'd like. More god-like, sport-commentator like, soothing radio voice, whatever. But practically: there's no such thing as too much compression. There's effed up compression and great compression regardless of the "quantity". If it's fatiguing then it's a crap compressor or set up incorrectly. Also EQ can be used both conservatively and creatively, depending on what you want. With a dynamic mic (like yours look like) you only need OK acoustics, a decent preamp and the right plugins. I'm a HW enthusiast, so I would set up HW leveler/compressor and EQ before A/D, but that can cost a hot penny, and good plugins achieve pretty close, so that's up to what you want. If you can put into words what you don't like about the voice I may be able to help. I mean the stream voice, not the biologically given one. You can improve on that, too, but not with gadgets. ;) Anyway, keep up the good "work", I wish for more 'will it blend' kind of stuff, but I know there are limits to that. You're welcome for the engagement. :)
Thanks for the info! Much appreciated :) I am using an EV RE27 N/D connected to a RodeCaster Pro II. Pretty sure the leveler/compressor and EQ would happen after A/D with that device if I'd use them. Currently only have high-pass filter, de-esser and gate active on the RodeCaster. Actually haven't thought of working on my biological voice yet... Fly!
That's an interesting overview setup. It looks good. I'm suffering under my own. I'm scrolling and squinting and cursing and losing time. Is there a source I can look at to guide me through that setup, or did you simply iron it out by your lonesome?
