@@tamekadavidson3443 you can find oyster mushrooms at whole foods, Asian grocery stores or international markets. I think the best mushrooms for steak is lions mane or portobello mushrooms 👍🏽

Hi Michelle! I love your suggestions for moving to plant based. I have a question about starting the day with fruit. Will that spike insulin or is it ok because it it sugar from a natural source?
@@veronicahorton1346 thanks for watching. Even though fruit sugar is natural it can spike your blood sugar especially if you are already insulin sensitive. If you’re having fruit I would suggest low sugar fruit like berries.
I literally have all those ingredients in my home garden. I don’t have the scotch bonnet pepper, but I do have some jalapeños that I will add. My sister gave me a red cabbage from her home garden, so I will be making this this weekend. Thanks for sharing. It looks so dang good
Thank you for the Q&A. I missed the live, but I watched all of your other videos. Watching WHAT'S THE HEALTH made me go plant based cold turkey!!! It's been 7 years. My family and friends supported me. I didn't have to worry about food visiting them.
