Quite honestly, I want to see the comparison between the USATC S100 Model in HO scale and the USATC S100 Model in OO scale. See the size difference between the two to really point out the difference in Scale.
This is the 10 year old BC&SJ. It's now been another 10 years and the layout has evolved / changed / etc, considerably. I posted another video, The Whole Shebang, that follows an AC-10 cab forward from Browing (not yet present in the 10 year old BC&SJ) to South Jackson. LOTs more scenery and structures, plus a backdrop down the spine of the peninsula helps isolate train crews from what's going on in other parts of the layout. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7WvoUXkejjU.html Or check out my youtube channel - BCSJRR Charlie
Lombard Hobbies is a good shop and have some great stuff but the customer service is worthless. I still have not gotten any reply from them. Will never buy from them again.
Oh My, THAT IS Nutter Nuts..!! But oh the trully striking effect of the real sky back ground. It added such an outrageous realism to the layout.. Now are you not glad gentleman that is did not rain...?
Thanks to Ken and friends for this look at the St Louis RPM show. Great to see David interviewed. I'm a Tangent junkie - I only wish they would offer the D&RGW caboose! That N-scale layout is very nicely done!
I'm sorry i missed it! Eye operation! I love the opening the MoPac 1982 Heritage unit! Great interviews, products, & overflowing talent! I can't believe all the 3d items! That is crazy! This is "The World's Greatest Hobby" Till Next Time! MoPac Jack "May Your Tracks Be Clear & Your Switches Be Lined Up" Rock N'Roll Forever..
Awesome show! I need to get to the next RPM!!! Its amazing how almost all industries are focus on details, everytime models get more and more real. Great work!

If you ever get the chance to, and can pick which one, I recommend the Amherst Model Railroad Society's Railroad Hobby Show in West Springfield, Massachusetts. It's a shopping extravaganza.
@@JeffShultz thank you for the advice. I was wondering which model railway show is the biggest one in America? Or which one is really good and in a place, that is interesting for tourist? I need to convince my wife to go there!
@@TobiasL1000 That's the problem... the Railway Hobby Show is definitely the largest in the US (only Trainfest in Milwaukee and the NMRA"s National Train Show (location varies) can compete) but being the last weekend in January in New England it always risks poor weather - and is almost always very cold. While Boston and New England are famously tourist friendly, that time of the year is not the best for visiting. As a general rule, aside from the NMRA National Train Show, which takes place during the summer months, most train shows are scheduled for times when people wouldn't be vacationing, or at least not vacationing in the areas where they are being held. Hawaii, sadly, does not have any train shows that I know of, and while the Cocoa Beach RPM is indeed in Florida, in January, it's focus is on modeling clinics and modeling displays, with only a few vendors.
Very cool. Found the site and signed up for their newsletter. I am wondering do I need a squealler for every sharp corner or can one unit operate several sets of sensors ? Maybe with parallel speakers?
Dana Stratton (3D Model Designs) has some awesome looking stuff, but is really missing out by not having a website. It's difficult to find his page on facebook, cumbersome to buy stuff, and a lot of people don't use facebook. My facebook got randomly deleted a few years ago for no reason, and was never recovered. My dad would love this, but wouldn't create a facebook account if somebody paid him.
Hi Ken this is Neil schwerdt in west valley city Utah,I have a question to ask you can anyone go to this RPO show ? Thank you for what you do for the hobby 🙂
Great show. It was full of great information for new products. I saw a couple of interviews where they are making HO scale vehicles. I am specifically looking for an Artesian Well Drilling rig either the rotary or earlier compression rigs. I don't use Facebook so I am unable to contact Dana Stratton of 3D Model Designs. Is there another way to contact him? Thanks
Try it again. Your click must have happened before we got the magazine posted. The magazine points to this video, so before the magazine can be posted, this video has to be posted so the magazine video link works. THEN we can post the magazine. If you "jump the gun" and try the link back to the magazine here before we can get the magazine posted, you will get a not found.
Your meticulous work and attention to every detail is truly admirable. It also makes me glad I model fictional scenes, because I do not have your level of patience. Thanks for sharing this masterpiece.🙂
I might want to get a UK 45 ton steam breakdown crane and make it operate like this. I can't do it myself because it is too difficult and I'm afraid I will break something or hurt myself. Is there a model train retailer that will do this for you?
