I had a nest of eastern brown snakes under my house...picking up leaf litter with bare hands and wearing flip flops, a 3 metre (6 feet) long brown snake crawled out, missing my hands and feet by inches...I got bitten in my bed by white tail and huntsmen spiders...the white tail left a bite that didn't heal for weeks...I live 1 hr and 20 mins from Melbourne city.
My grandad used to race over here from 1962 up until 1994 he raced the Manx gp witch it's a different event on the same course but for classic bikes This event is mental but in our bloods these videos don't like the one your watching dont give you enough info to educate you other than its fast and dangerous
I can't even imagine some border checks, it sounds like something communist to me. I traveled out of my country (I am Czech) in 2006 for the first time and it was already pretty much opened, all borders were like policeman showing "go, go, go" gesture, even in Switzerland, they just asked if we have some things to tax, you say no and you go. 🙂
I’ve played both AFL and NRL extensively AFL is moderately aerobic but has nowhere near the physicality of NRL. Put a marathon runner into a boxing ring for three rounds and you’ll see what I mean as an analogy. When I say “moderately” aerobic, I’m not kidding. On television it looks like every player is moving, but in reality if you’re playing in the backs, you may not move to any great degree for sometime as the ball travels along way from you. It’s deceiving. Quite frankly i’ve grown away from the sport. I find it boring, tedious, and a little effeminate. Rugby league has evolved tremendously in the last 25 years through a combination of rule changes and the physical dimensions and skill sets of the players. Just about any rugby league player would make a pro team in the AFL however, I doubt any AFL player would cut the mustard in NRL. The AFL fanboys will be outraged over this, but I’m sorry, the truth often hurts and doesn’t care about your feelings. You might find it easier to understand the AFL because there are a few rules which means there are a few consequences when you fumble. Don’t be deceived by that anyone who can kick a ball in a backyard can play that game
This is what the EU is for me. I'm French and live in French-speaking Eastern Belgium; I accepted a work offer here 20 years ago, no visa, no job permit required, I just signed my work contract and moved. I live a 20-minute drive to the border with Luxembourg and a 30-minute drive to the border with Germany. France is an hour drive to the south, and the Netherlands are an hour drive to the north, different countries but same currency, and no border or custom checks, freedom to do unrestricted cross border shopping where it's cheape. And also the privilege of being able to visit different places so easily, drive a few kilometers and change language, culture, architecture, be somewhere else and still so close to home. And everyday in the streets of my town I see cars with license plates from Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, the Netherlands and occasionally other countries, and can hear people speaking French, Dutch, German... I personally speak French (my native language) and English fluently, German pretty decently, some Dutch, some Spanish, and have notions of Luxembourgish. To make it short, I just love the multinational, multilingual environment which is my daily life.

The video of Geo History starts the history of the EU somewhat late......just like wikipedia does 🙂 The BLEU (Belgium-Luxembourg Economic Union 1921) is the (arbitrary) first step, which already coupled the currency of both countries together. This would lead into the BENELUX (1944), which stood as the model that the ECSC (1951) was based on. Of course, this part if often left out for simplicity's sake, because if you include it, one will also have to take the "Zollverein" (1833) into account. (The German states' version of a custom's union). Suffice to say: the idea of a European union is much older then most sources make it seem.
This video is much more fun to watch in 2024 now that two V8 Supercar champions are kicking ass and taking names in America's premier racing series: Scott McLaughlin in IndyCar and Shane vanGisbergen in NASCAR.
1:15 seconds in, i guarantee you don't know the half of it, as a Australian who has watched a fair few of these videos i can almost guarantee at least 80% of this is either false or over dramatized
been members 5 years now been to every lions home game and man the Carlton game was insane, but just before against Sydney wow that was sick. UP THE LIONS!
The more successful a team is, the more it can get from 'sponsorship, the extra money the team gets as a result, enables it to get better players to do better next season.
I live on acreage and have a few magpies that have been part of my backyard for years. They recognise and remember faces very well, everytime I mow the lawn they swoop down to eat the bugs and spiders that get displaced while finding a new spot to hide. These birds know when I'm out there they have a good feed and have never once been attacked by them, even around the times they are nesting. I think the plovers are more anoying than the magpies, they will attack anyone (no loyalty). They don't just swoop down, they will continually hover over your head and try to pluck your eyes out.
Men play it too. I started in 1986 in Primary school and was the only male, but now we have mens leagues and mixed leagues. The women are the pros though and ‘mixed gender' and ‘mens' has yet to be added to The Commonwealth Games. In Mixed you can only have 3 men and there must be a male in each third. e.g you could not have 2 male shooters. The rules and the flow of this game make it the best team sport ever. The 7 of you work constantly for the ball, looking for the gaps. There is no room for heroes the team works together.
I liked watching Messi and Cristiano play but no player could compare to Ronaldinho, he simply played with the players. Every time he received the ball the crowd was apprehensive to see what he was going to do.
This EU video history guide is a bit outdated by now. Croatia, country from which I come from, after in became full EU member back in 2013. has also joined the Schengen free (without borders) movement area and the Eurozone (Euro as a currency) at the start of 2023.
josh must be a Essendon fan 12 weeks that the bombers DONT travel yep totally fair man NEXT YEAR ALL VFL TEAMS WILL NOT TRAVEL AS BLIND AS GOAL UMPIRE AT A SYDNEY GAME OR FIELD UMPIRES AT A COLLYWOBBLES GAME
Why do you think the open borders create issues? Yes we are technically different countries, but does it create issues that you can freely travel from New York to California?
