Namaste! I am Janhabi. I live in Helsinki with my husband, Raaz, our 6 year old son, Paarth and baby boy Adhiraaj. In this channel we upload informative videos about studying, working and living in Finland. We also love to vlog about different aspects of our life here, especially Paarth’s, so that our families, who live on the other side of the world can live these moments with us!
Paarth is a happy little toddler, who’s just so curious about everything on earth. But cars are his favourite! He also enjoys feeding ducks in the pond near our house!
Thanks for visiting our channel! Please subscribe to Paarth’s Pop-Up Studio! ru-vid.com
Hyvaa paivaa Parth Hauska tutustua.. Did you learn Finnish language atleast in speaking..? Isn't that very difficult to learn.. I tried some youtube videos. A complete different world of words and sentences.
Good Morning, I have an appointment in Finnish embassy next week. I have the original document Passport . Visa picture . Marriage certificate. My question is other documents like my wife pay slips . Housing contract . Tax certificate. Work contract .Bank statement. I have the copies of them and not the original. Is it ok if I can take the above documents as a copy or I have to ask my wife to send these documents via post ?
In bigger city centers 1000€ is not enough for the rent...unless you choose to live with bunch of other people and are sharing the flat and the expenses. This option may not be possible in many cases though. A little studio in Helsinki city centre costs about 1050-1200€/month Outside city center you may get a flat for 750-850€. Also food is ridicilously expensive nowdays. If you don't want to eat instant noodles 3 weeks every month, you should have at least 250-300€ for a months food that you are making yourself at home. . I would say that a months living in Helsinki incl. everything basic is around 1800-2000€...for a single person. Outside city center it is a bit cheaper, but then you have to add transportation to the equation...so, it's never cheap to live in Helsinki or other bigger cities. You said quite right, if you don't have a sufficient amount of funds before coming to Finland, you will most certainly have a tough time living here. Finnish people do absolutely not want to have more immigrants here who can't pay for their own living. While we are a quiet and peaceloving people, we won't be quiet if we meet immigrants like that. My advise: learn finnish language Get a Job Pay taxes and your own living Don't do any crimes...obey our laws Show respect to our culture and traditions If you'll do all these things in Finland, you will get our respect and loyal friends for life. If not, then you'd better not stay here.

Hello, those students goes for vocational studies, such as cook, mechanic, practical nursing they will get permit A or permit B please educate over it. Thanks
Thanks for posting an informative video. Few points. A. Somebody should start an Indian vegetarian snacks counter in Greater Helsinki area that serves 3-4 dishes 08-20 weekdays and weekends both. Dishes such as khichdi paapar, sambar bada, chura pulao. There is an absolute dearth on this front and cooking chores keep one occupied all through the week. B. Wake up early - acclimatize to waking up to quiet dark. And in few summer months when thats not the case enjoy the change.
Hi, I am applying for a 5 year Bachelors and Masters combined programme at Finland. I have a few queries - 1. While applying for the Resident permit, will I get for the permit for the complete 5 years? 2. Also regarding the insurance, is it enough if I buy for just 1 year and submit along with the application? 3. If I submit the insurance for only 1 year, will the immigration service issue the permit for only 1 year or will they still give me for 5 years completely?
