I've tried a zillion things. The sole things that really worked in my case: A good diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 25 mins, eating right, using good shampoo and oil. I use only liitleextraaa cocoonniion shampoo and lightweight hair oil for this reason and it does the work. The hairfall got under control with it.
This is my first time growing out my hair, and your videos were really helpful on this journey. I use an egg mask to my hair once a week and rub my scalp thrice weekly with liitleextraaa cocooconion hair oil. Then, I rinse with cocconioon shampoo, and I stick to this routine constantly. I'm happy to say that my hair fall has completely stopped.
