Full-time dad, part-time gamer, and always looking for something new to do!
Playing entirely TOO many Battlegrounds, if it is possible, has left me with a lot of knowledge on how to play the game, and I enjoy making guides for midrange to new players with all the basics on how to play a hero with some more in-depth strategies on how to play a hero.
If you are a crazy high-ranked player, these guides are probably not for you, but maybe you have a more casual friend who could use a guide, so YOU do not have to keep telling them what to do! Let me. I enjoy the process!
Thank you! It is the first run of Frostmourne the Lich King's sword. From the first run they did some few years ago. One of my best Xmas presents ever!
Patch 29.6 Vengeful Slitherer was removed from the game. Deadstomper was removed from the game. Added Ghoul-acabra Tier 6 2/11 Undead/Beast Whenever you trigger a Deathrattle, give your minions +2/+2 permanently. Power wise this seems potentially strong if found early, but will have to get some games in to see if it is enough scaling. Early with a couple deathrattles though this screams tier ASAP.
Patch 29.6 Augmented Laborer was removed from the game. Added Clunker Junker: Tier 4 Mech 3/4 Battlecry: Choose a friendly Mech. Discover a Mech to Magnetize to it. Nasty potential with this being a Battlecry that you could trigger multiple times. Great early potential, but unlikely to be kept unless you really high-roll the Battlecry.
Patch 29.6 Heedless Hoarder was removed from the Game. 'Loc Prince Tier 4 2/2 Murloc Whenever this gains stats, add +2/+2 to that amount (Wherever this is) Interesting potential. Will have to get some games in before I say too much. Fairy Gilmother Tier 4 1/5 Murloc At the end of your turn, get a random Murloc. Decent potential to generate murlocs. Subpart stats can easily be buffed, and does pair well with Drakari Enchanter King Bagurgle changed Tier 5 Murloc 6/3 Battlecry: Give your other Murlocs +3/+3
Patch 29.6 Gem Smuggler has been removed! Added: Three Lil' Quilboar Deathrattle: Play 3 Blood Gems on your quilboar. Interesting card. Useful early triple if you have a lot of Quilboar, or if you have very buff Blood Gems could be a good spot filler.
Loc Prince looks versatile depending on how the additional stats are applied. 1) The way it's worded similar to Undead's 'wherever they are' effects. Makes me wonder if it can show up buffed in the shop and be a good target for Shellemental or demon consumption. 2) Seems like a good candidate mid-game for buffing and summoning a murloc from hand 3) Greymane's champion, Unforgiving Treant, Nalaa. Does Echoing Roar trigger the effect each turn?. 4) Heroes like Deathwing and Rokara. Dancin Deryl shenanigans?
Imagine if you tripple into Drakari while playing Thorim. Doubling Veranus' skill could give you a huge advantage, if you are lucky. Some of these sound, as if we could see a comback of tavern buff Elementals. Especially with Reliquary. Faceless One also seems fun with an Nguyen partner.
@@3takoyakis Oh, some are pretty good. But i don't think we could even reach T7 trough the effect. It's probably like faceless disciple, who just recycles T6 minions into different T6 ones, if you target them.
@@LostAeon ye even though i commented like that i keep forcing thorim since he is so fun lol XD but if you ask any pro player, most wouldnt pick thorim btw faceless disciple are removed for this patch
Cheers for the video! I didn't partake in the previous Buddy meta so really excited for this update, the Hero/card changes are mostly nice though it's sad to see Reef Explorer and Gem Smuggler go. Duos will be spicy with golden Jumping Jack giving you a Triple Card each turn and the inclusion of Buddies e.g. Inge should buff Solemn Serenader with hp first so the buff it gives to other minions is even bigger, and Hogger can sell the 1st Shining Sailor so later they get 2 copies that add two Pirates to the Tavern instead of one. Speaking of which, Faceless One is infinite gold if you pass it since your teammate gets a copy of it (they'll probably patch that out) and you can do shenanigans with Mister Chu+Goya hp passing your teammate's buddy or another Chu, pretty cool :D
I was confused as well, if you would pass the faceless, it would give more faceless to your friend, and he would just get infinite gold, infinite and triplets and would just win the game of his apm is good...
My understanding is when you play the battlecry of it you get the buddy of your teammates HP. That should be 1 copy. If you Bran 2. Why would passing it give you extra copies? Am I not understanding something?
@@Heretic721 so from playing this buddy you are getting teammate buddy right? So if you pass it to your friend the friend would play it and get your buddy. And what's your buddy? Fadeless buddy. So he would get more and more of your buddy's every time he play your buddy.
Arid Atrocity with persistent poet seems like it would be very powerful. Also I wonder if since it’s for each minion type that died instead of each minion of a different type if it will buff multiple times for minions with multiple types
Attrocity is just different minion types rather than purely the number of friendly minions which died. So it only really works in menagerie builds and even then it caps out pretty quickly.
Hogger buddy actually might make him playable. A lot of the new ones seem alright but honestly won't know til we play them. Seems like they are heavy focusing on deathrattle mechanics. Filling out a board with a cultist and new tier 6 ALL minion and maybe a titus will make it so it summons multiple of those tier all minions and they get 7/7 per death. twice over with a titus. with 5 different tribes thats at least 2 70/70 minions pupping up after death. Not crazy but if you get a triple of it, that can boost to 140/140, and more if Titus keeps surviving. idk. will be an interesting meta for sure.
Quests are insanely gamewarping, buddies have a smaller impact. Quests are fun but having every game result in random 400/400 minions on turn 10 i think it's a bit of a problem
